Particular attention is required in the use of kitchen, bathroom and especially shower drains (no sand etc.) because the house is located in the ancient part of the city.
The minimum price is 50 euros per night including linen, and cleaning for 2 people
We have n. 1 studio apartment located a few meters from the sea. it is ideal for couples, it is located on the 4th floor of an ancient building, WITHOUT LIFT with exposed beams, completely renovated in 2013, located in the characteristic Via Carlo Alberto. Ideal to spend a few days in full tranquility and maximum relaxation while being located in one of the most beautiful streets of the historic center of Alghero. The studio consists of a living room with kitchenette, a sofa with two single beds total 2 beds, TV and radio cd, beach umbrellas and beach towels, n. 2 beaches, and an air conditioning unit. The studio is very quiet because it is located on the top floor. Equipped with windows from which you can admire the dome of the Church of S. Michele. The studio has a water reserve of 300 liters.

The price is really affordable, in the winter months it costs only 24 euros per day for 2 people

Posizione ottima, centrale. Pulizie inesistenti. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a circa 2km dalla struttura, con conseguente disagio nel portare i bagagli. Dopo aver effettuato il check- in saliamo nella camera il primo impatto e' stato abbastanza positivo. Abbiamo notato la mancanza di alcuni utensili x la cucina, senza dimenticare la NON pulizia ( in mezzo alle pentola briciole,etc). Adesso arriva il bello: la prima notte troviamo sul piano della cucina un enorme BLATTA ROSSA, e non e' stata l'unica. Contattata la proprietaria ci viene detto del problema che erano presente in citta'. Cosa ha fatto? " COMPRATE L'INSETTICIDA DOPO VE LO PAGO" Concludendo abbiamo soggiornato con altri OSPITI non graditi, La signora ha risolto chiedendoci di non mettere recensioni, cercando di comprarci con dei dolcetti, pero' i nostri soldi li ha presi con anticipo.

Super Lage, nette Vermieter, etwas niedrige Decke

Wir haben unsere Woche in Alghero sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss im Zentrum der Altstadt. Im Sommer kann es mitunter etwas warm werden, aber eine Klimaanlage hilft schnell die Wohnung herunter zu kühlen. Etwas schwierig war die Höhe der Wohnung. Da sie im Obergeschoss liegt, ist sie insgesamt schon recht flach und die Dachbalken sind teilweise so flach, dass man sich regelmäßig den Kopf stößt, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Das betrifft besonders Menschen, die größer als 175 cm sind. ;) Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt, ab vier Personen wird es sportlich. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nicht groß und man muss sich verstehen, um längere Zeit auf so engem Raum zusammen zu wohnen. Da man aber sowieso meist nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung ist, ist es wunderbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Alghero und die Tipps Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Corrispondente alle indicazioni esaurienti e precise: sottotetto comodo per posizione centrale, vivace e superservita, anche se un po' buio, basso e con scale ripide. Assolutamente silenzioso, fresco e con tutto il necessario, dalla lavatrice all'ombrellone. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi indicazione. Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questa mansardina e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. I proprietari sono molto cortesi ed accomodanti, ci hanno fornito tutto l'aiuto possibile venendoci anche a prendere e riportare al porto di Porto Torres. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è in pieno centro storico: basta scendere le scale (un po' faticose per anziani, è vero), e ti ritroverai in una delle tante viette trafficate del centro. Piccolina, è perfetta per una coppia giovane o per famiglie con uno/due bambini. La consiglio fortemente!

Come ogni abitazione, anche questa piccola mansarda ha punti di forza e punti di debolezza. Punti di forza: - posizione strategica (centro storico), vicininanza fermate bus urbani ed extraurbani e tutto a portata di mano - accessoriata e sostanzialmente pulita - prezzo conveniente - disponibilità totale e cortesia dei proprietari Punti di debolezza: - poca luce - alcuni accessori cucina vecchi o non funzionanti - posizione del letto scomodo per due persone - nessun accesso all'esterno (quindi mancanza di finestre ampie e/o terrazza) Nel complesso, la mansarda merita certamente per soggiorni durante i quali si pianifica di stare fuori casa; meno se si vuole stare anche in casa.

I proprietari Giovanni e Rossana sono persone disponibilissime, il locale è piccolo ma essenziale, ci hanno fatto trovare di tutto in casa: acqua, latte, caffè, merendine, pasta, bagnoschiuma, asciugamani e teli da mare. È in posizione centralissima, vicino al mare, negozi, ristoranti e alla vita notturna e non del paese. Il locale era pulito ed essendo all'ultimo piano si ha una certa tranquillità. Lo sconsiglio solo a persone anziane o con problemi motori, perché potrebbe essere faticoso salire in casa.

Sommerurlaub 2014 in Alghero

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt.Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Alghero.Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.In Alghero findet man z.b. am Hafen viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit Schiff, Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad.Vielen Dank noch mal an Rosanna und Giovanni und wir werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen.

mansardina centralissima

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto carino e accogliente, in pieno centro vicino a ristoranti, bar, supermercato ma anche a noleggio bici, scooter e fermata dell'autobus. I proprietari molto simpatici e gentili (sono anche venuti a prenderci in aeroporto) ci hanno fatto trovare ogni cosa utile alla vacanza, dall'ombrellone per la spiaggia a cibo, bibite, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli e quant'altro! Condizionatore nuovo e silenzioso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non adatto a persone alte:)

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Innenstadt.

Wir haben zu zweit diese wunderbare Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet. Sehr zentral, sauber und gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Giovanni und Rossana sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und haben uns viele Informationen über Alghero und Umgebung gegeben. Wir werden eine Woche auch in September buchen!!! Fam. Wüst

Uno chalet al mare!

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in questa carinissima e particolarissima casa, situata in posizione ideale, nel centro vivo di Alghero. La casa è in ottime condizioni e dotata di ogni comfort, è calda, accogliente e dallo stile ricercato e di ottimo gusto. I padroni di casa, fantastici Giovanni e Rossana, disponibili e di grande aiuto, si sono anche offerti di venirci a prendere all'aeroporto di Fertilia. Sicuramente consigliabile a chi ricerca un luogo pulito, riservato ed accogliente con il plus di una vista del tutto esclusiva sul bel campanile colorato della vicina chiesa.

Beachtowels, chairs, umbrella and beachbag provided which is very nice. Airco was not working well water came out and also water came from bathroom in livingroom. Bed was not suitable for adults. You had to climb over each other to get out of bed. Which is nice when you like some sports but nog very comfortable. Bathroom not suitable for an adult man, too low. Photos show a better picture then in reality. I think it's nice for two young people but not for older people who like some comfort. And it was not really a breakfast.

Una splendida vacanza ad Alghero

I signori Giovanni e Rossana sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il monolocale è in una posizione molto centrale e comoda, lo stile è rustico e molto grazioso. Il prezzo è molto conveniente. Lati negativi solo due: ai lati della mansarda e il bagno hanno il soffitto basso e se si chiude il clima portatile fa troppo caldo.

vacanze stupende!

Casa è molto comoda e carina.. Siamo stati benissimo la signora Rossana ci ha seguito nella vacanza in tutto e per tutto mettendoci a disposizione qualsiasi cosa, visto che viaggiavamo in aereo con bagaglio a mano, la consigliamo molto vivamente... il luogo poi è una meta perfetta! Soggiorno perfetto!

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole - anche se troppo breve purtroppo :( L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed è l'ideale per due persone. Il mio ragazzo ed io abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni e ci è stato offerto praticamente di tutto: dalla colazione, agli asciugamani, alle lenzuola, radio, televisione... insomma non ci è mancato nulla. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano di una casa in pieno centro. L'aeroporto di Alghero è facilmente raggiungibile in autobus (il costo del biglietto è di 1€...) e ci vuole circa una mezz'oretta. La spiaggia di Maria Pia è da vedere! Lo consiglio davvero a chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e godersi qualche giorno in tranquillità!
