Situated in one of the finest residential districts in Weymouth , there are flower displays, tennis courts, bowling green, putting green and beach-side cafes in close proximity to enjoy,next to the beach.
From this prime location, holidaymakers can take a leisurely walk along the Georgian promenade into the Town Centre and the adjacent 17th Century harbour, or if preferred, catch the Land Train that stops close by on request and travels along the promenade.
The tastefully decorated and well-furnished fully self-contained apartment boasts a large Art Deco curved 'Sun Trap' window in the bright sea-facing lounge, from which holidaymakers can marvel at the 170 degree views from the comfort of an armchair. THE APARTMENT WAS LIKE HOME FROM HOME WITH A LOVELY VIEW, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE, VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE NICE TO HAVE A PARKING PLACE AND WALK ALONG THE FRONT. THE OWNER`S GREETED YOU ON ARRIVAL AND WHERE VERY HELPFULL. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE AT HOME BECAUSE IT WAS SO COMFY, WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS APARTMENT AND WILL DEFINITLY BE GOING BACK

A property with a view!

This property is in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast or just for a holiday in Weymouth. It is half of the ground floor of a large house with the owners living above so they are always on hand if you need them for anything. Although the furniture and fixtures and fittings are dated, the property is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The view from the lounge window is spectacular right across the whole bay. An easy walk into Weymouth centre along the promenade and easy access to the Coastal Path for those wanting to be more energetic. Would recommend this property.
