The cottage was very pretty inside; tidy and clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the rooms light and airy.Well placed for visits to the various local sights and close to good pubs for food - We would recommend The Smugglers Inn at Osmington and the Sailors Return at Chaldon Herring.
We had a lovely time at the cottage and it was perfectly situated for a local event that we were in town for. Our host communicated with us before and on the day of check-in as would be normally expected. The location in the cottage itself is exactly like it’s described and the pictures show while we were in a heat wave I can share that the cottage remain cool. It was still a perfect location. Overall five stars and would do it again!
Just lovely location, we're there for an Ironman event and it the perfect tranquil place to base ourselves. Lovely walk over the fields to the smugglers arms (good beers and food). - Would note the high quality of kitchen equipment. - Parking was great- Beds very cosy.Thank you?

Lovely cottage, immaculate everything just as described great base to explore local sites. Didn't receive entry info until very late in the day and Verbo had technical problems both of which made me very anxious after driving for five hours in case it wasn't a genuine booking. All worked out in the end however beware Verbo has call centre in India which I personally feel should be in UK if taking funds in sterling.
