Stunning apartment located in an amazingly well convenient area, in the heart of Malasaña neighborhood, five minutes’ walk from Gran Via and ten from Chueca neighborhood. Just in the city center.

The apartment consists of a facing outside big living room and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. Three bedrooms- furnished all with double bed-. Two of them have a private bathroom, plus another one complet bathroom across the hall. Perfect for six people.

Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.

The apartment is located on a four floor with elevator (there are just few steps from the elevator to the flat).

Great Central Madrid Location

Central location, walkable to major attractions but on the further side, benefit being you are not in as busy a part of town. We drove in and were easily able to get into and out of this part of town for several day trips. The onsite parking is nice- its roomy (for Europe) on the first floor, but the ramp downstairs is tight- I had a 5 seat small SUV and was able to make it fine. WIFI is super fast, layout is great, all the windows and skylights have shutters and overall it is very quiet. Could use a bit more in the kitchen for spices and such- but understand this may be due to covid. grocery about a 2 min walk away, as well as the metro stop maybe 7 min walk away. Overall we enjoyed it, property manager very communicative for any request and during check in process.

if you go to bed at 9pm cool!!

The place is really cool and rooms are awesome and so is the location. But you cant even talk past 9pm. tou will have the VRBo at youe door wvery night and on multiple occasions. When I tell you, tou can't even talk that is what I man. It has to be dead silent. Also you can wash clothes but don't plan on the dryer cuz it takes like 6 hrs. you must as well hang it.
