This stunning luxury penthouse apartment in Terrazas De Costalita, is located between Estepona and Marbella on the Costa del Sol.
The beautifully appointed penthouse apartment sleeps 8 people and provides 360 degree panoramic views of the sea and mountains and overlooks the large manicured gardens and the 3 communal pools.
There are 3 terraces - one being an enormous roof terrace which provides complete privacy and has its own 7 person Hot Tub. There is a large dining terrace which is fully equipped with a Gas BBQ as well as another large sunny terrace, complete with sun loungers and shaded seating
There are 3 large bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom, a large lounge area with a sofa bed that can accommodate a further 2 guests as well. The apartment is fully airconditioned and has underfloor heating, as well providing high powered fibre optic wifi throughout.
This beachside apartment is just 100m from the beach & sea, which means that the views are spectacular from all the rooms and terraces of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and can be easily accessed from the fully serviced lift.
Entering the apartment, you will have a panoramic view of the sea from the spectacular ceiling to floor windows. To your right is the modern well equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Straight ahead is the large lounge and dining area. The lounge and dining area has ceiling to floor windows, which provide spectacular views, a large television that provides access to 6600 channels (inc. UK/EU/Sky/BT), 3 sofa’s (one that can convert into a double bed) and formal dining for up to 8 people. From the lounge there is access to a 2nd large terrace that provides an outside dining area with a built in BBQ.
Following the corridor from the dining area you will reach the 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are well appointed and spacious.
• The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite and has an extremely large sunny terrace, fully equipped with sun loungers and seating, which overlooks the pools. • Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom. • Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (which can convert into a double bed) as well as fitted wardrobes and private bathroom
Finally the amazing roof terrace, which can be accessed from the lounge terrace below provides amazing panoramic 360 degree views of the sea and mountains. The terrace also boasts its own roof top Hot Tub and is fully equipped with luxurious sun loungers and comfortable seating under a shaded covered area – just sit back and relax in total privacy.
The apartment is only a short walk or just a few minutes by car, from lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops. A short 10 minutes drive will take you to Puerto Banus Marina or Marbella as well as to local golf courses, including Los Naranjos, El Paraiso, Guadalmina, Atalaya Park, Aloha and Las Brisas.

Lovely views, mountains to Mediterranean. Aptly named Bella Vista!
This was a truly lovely property. Penthouse living, comfortable modern decor. Just minutes from the beach with three lovely outdoor spaces plus the community pool and garden space. The owners greated us and toured the property. We settled in quickly. I would definitely return to this property.

Thanks very much for your great review Cynthia. I'm delighted that you enjoyed Bellavista Marbella. I hope you had a wonderful holiday & managed to visit all the places that you were planning to.
We stayed here for 10 nights in early September 2019.
We could not fault the apartment, which is finished to a high standard, nor the location.
It is hard to pick out the best bit but we have to mention the beds! - so comfortable - we have never slept so well and the apartment is fitted with black out shutters and blinds and in a really quiet spot - really relaxing.
There are views of the sea from all the bedrooms and the living area.
The apartment itself is finished to a high standard and really comfortable. It is also well equipped and towels are provided for the pool as well as the bathrooms.
There are 3 terraces all with fabulous views. One of us loves the mountains and the other the sea and this was ideal with great views of both! One terrace is outside the master bedroom with seating and sun loungers - perfect for the afternoon and evening sun. One is off the living area with barbeque and dining area and is great for the morning sun. The last and the best is the roof terrace which has a sunbathing area, a covered seating area and a plunge pool for cooling off in. It is very private and quiet on the terraces.
The apartment is located in a quiet, well kept and secure complex. The parking is in a secure underground garage and the parking space allocated is extremely generous.
There are 3 nice pools in the complex but we spent a lot of our time swimming in the sea or relaxing on the roof terrace.
It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and no more than a 5 minute drive to 2 supermarkets.
If you are looking for something really special we would highly recommend this apartment.
Finally, the owner and the local property manager were great - easy to contact and although we didn't need anything other than to find a light switch it is good to know that they were available if needed.
