It is spread out over 57 m2 apartment and consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American style kitchen and a bathroom. It is complete with new furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), crockery, bedding and towels. The living room and the bedroom benefit from hot and cold have air conditioning. There is also a large private balcony and a well maintained community pool. Spanish television is also available. The apartment is centrally located with in walking distance to many traditional taps bars, eateries, supermarkets and much more local amenities. It sleeps up to four people smoking is only allowed on the balcony and pets are not allowed. Cot and highchair rental is also available and costs 20 euros per stay.The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
