This top (third) floor larger style corner apartment is situated a few minutes stroll to local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists and banks. It is in an urbanisation called Las Filipanas nestled perfectly in between the commercial centres of Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente and a short drive, taxi or bus ride to the well known large shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard.
Just a few minutes further down from Zenia Boulevard are the main beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. The apartment is set in the middle of a triangle of popular golf courses, Campo de Golf Villamartin, Campoamor Golf and Ramblas Golf.

Apartment in good location

Good spacious apartment with roof terrace that gets sun all day. Easy walking distance to supermarket and plenty of bars/ restaurants near at hand also.

Great Apartment

This was our second stay in this wonderful apartment, having stayed for four weeks in May/June. Our stay this time was for seven weeks from late September and once again the apartment totally met all of our needs. The apartment is as shown in the listing. It is very comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The apartment is ideally located for the local bars/restaurants at La Fuente CC and Villamartin Plaza. For us the biggest plus point is the huge solarium, which gets sunshine all day and has wonderful views over the local area and the sea. Sharon is a great, attentive host who is just a phone call away, as is Anita, her local agent.

Great Apartment

My wife and I spent 4 weeks in Sharon and Martin's apartment. It is exactly as described on VRBO and so comfortable. It is a top floor apartment with a balcony to the front with table and chairs. This balcony tends to be shaded, which is very welcome. If you want the sun then there is a massive private solarium above, which gets the sun from early in the morning to late in the evening. Being on the top floor the lift is a god-send. No need to struggle up the stairs with your shopping! There are 2 large supermarkets nearby, with Mercadona being the closest at about a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive, or an Aldi at double those times. Opposite Aldi is the closest commercial centre at La Fuente. There are various bars and restaurants here, catering for all tastes. Our favourite bar was Tradewinds and our favourite restaurant Wok, an eat-as-much-as-you-like Chinese for €14.95.The food is unbelievable. Villamartin Plaza is a little further away at a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk, but we were happy at La Fuente. The nearest beach and in our opinion the best, is at La Zenia. This is about a 12 minute drive away. Communication with Sharon was excellent throughout and she really goes above and beyond. We are already booked to return in a few months and it can't come soon enough.

Apartamento espectacular zona para extranjeros no españoles

El alojamiento tal y como aparece todo perfecto y espectacularmente limpio pero las personas con las que tratas no saben nada de español y si tu no sabes inglés ni te defiendes un poco no entiendes nada ni ellos a ti aunque la verdad poco hay que saber te enseñan el apartamento y te entregan las llaves y tu les das la fianza aunque en el anuncio lo de la fianza brilla por su ausencia almenos yo a la hora de reservar no lo vi por ningún sitio y lo de la limpieza si luego también en el anuncio pone que la salida es a las 11 am y ami me mandaron un Whats 2 días antes de irme que tenía que estar fuera a las 10am eso no me gustó nada al cual conteste que no que saldría más tarde ya que no era la hora de la salida e iva con niños y no hubo pegas la zona la verdad que es toda para los extranjeros ningún sitio para comer para españoles cerca de la vivienda

Apartamento fabuloso

Un buen apartamento .bien equipado .con una gran terraza con muy buena orientación al sol . Es amplio .con una buena piscina. Y la finca y la zona muy tranquila para poder descansar bien ...tenía supermercados y restaurantes a tan sollo 500 metros Los propietarios siempre atentos y preocupados por cualquier cosa que nos pueda faltar para poder hacer más agradable nuestra estancia ..sin duda alguna si voy por la zona lo volvería a alquilar otra vez

Superbe appartement avec solarium sans vis à vis au 3ème avec ascenseur

Très bel appartement, très propre,tout équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre a l'année.et surtout très calme(TRES PEU OCCUPE SUR NOTRE PERIODE aout 2021).tout commerce a proximité et à pied.il faut Juste prévoir un véhicule pour les plages.et explorer les villes alentours. Merci bien au proprietaire qui prennent contact avec vous le long de votre sejour, parce qu'ils s'inquiètent de votre bien etre,

We have had our apartment from new and enjoy lots of family holidays here. Our children love the pool and also visiting the beaches nearby.

Why they chose this property

The rooftop solarium is amazing with distant sea views and the stars are amazing to watch at night with the North Star easily seen. Our apartment is very central with bars restaurants & supermarkets all within walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute drive & La Zenia Boulevard is the same.
