Cuénteme sobre usted y sus invitados cuando pregunte sobre la reserva.

Este contemporáneo de un nivel se encuentra a solo 10 minutos de los pueblos de East Hampton y Amagansett. Está situado en un lote privado, bellamente ajardinado y arbolado bordeado por una reserva natural. La sala de estar con chimenea está flanqueada a un lado por la suite del dormitorio principal con cama king-size, baño de mármol en suite, reproductor de TV / DVD y acceso a la terraza, lo que le brinda la privacidad que desea, y al otro lado de la Sala de estar hay un pasillo a tres dormitorios adicionales y baño compartido.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y piso de baldosas de terracota y todos los accesorios para cocinar y comer que necesitará y deseará. Además del aire acondicionado central en toda la casa, la sala de estar y cada habitación tienen un ventilador de techo para ayudar a enfriar las habitaciones. Una lavadora y secadora está convenientemente ubicada en el nivel principal.

Very nice house and pool with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Check in and check out was easy. The homeowner leaves a lot of written directions/warnings around the house and communicates a lot beforehand which I understand is meant to be helpful, but can make you feel like you’re walking on eggshells a bit. That said, we had no issues during our stay and the house was very clean and well set-up.

Beautiful Charming Home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It has to be one of the nicest rentals that we have experienced. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedding and amenities were all deluxe. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it did look amazing. We look forward to staying with you in the future.

Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend

This was the perfect location to spend time with our adult daughters. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and the house was so nicely put together that our stay was really comfortable.

Great visit

We enjoyed the visit. The space was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. We visited in the offseason but the deck and pool space is beautiful. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great place to stay!

Stayed there for a long weekend for a wedding, and the place was great! Very clean, plenty of space (8 of us stayed there), and a decent location. If I ever end up in the Hamptons again, I will definitely re-book

Hamptons perfection

Hamptons wedding weekend was even better with our stay here! House was designed perfectly for our family of 5 adults. Girls weekend

Despite the rainy 4 days straight, we had an awesome time. House is beautiful, nice location, and the beds were so comfy. The house is clean, tastefully designed , FULLY EQUIPPED and ready for you to just drop your bags and enjoy your stay. Spent a day at Duck Walk winery approx 30 min away- great time and had indoor seating. Definitely recommend!

Immaculate house in Springs!

We had a very enjoyable stay with two of our grandsons. The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was easy to get to, although, much further from East Hampton than we were used to. The neighborhood is very quiet and near to the water. An excellent choice for a qiet getaway!

Overall, this house is a decent Hamptons stay with a lovely pool and good location. The decor is dated and the overall impression is marred by the many post-it notes stuck to the stove, walls and doors admonishing renters to only clean with X product, don't pull too hard on this cord (really!) etc.The real reason to look for another property is the owner, who made the stay unpleasant and stressful. I have never experienced such an invasive and hysterical landlord. The owner is demonstrably uncomfortable with people staying in her home. She made us sign a separate lease on top of the VRBO agreement and list all possible visitors. She spied on us via the Ring cameras and casually mentioned different people, describing them by hair color, etc. I had to leave in the middle of my stay and she called me hysterical to find out why I left and when I was coming back - her questions made me uncomfortable. My friend stayed and she demanded his phone number and harangued him with texts, while texting me daily to see when I was coming back. When we left the property 3 days before the rental period ended she texted to complain that if she'd known she could have "enjoyed her own home" that weekend. My response was for her to enjoy the 2500 she was making off an empty house, and then she actually texted me back to say that my math was wrong (!)I had to block her on communications. The house wasn't nice enough to deal with the landlord.

Thanksgiving in East Hampton

My family (6 total with grandparents) enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving and Donna communicated quickly and clearly to get our lease agreement done and set up for a 3 night stay. Donna even turned the heat on for us before we arrived. The property is clearly and accurately described on VRBO. It is very well stocked. We made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable. The layout of the house was great for our small family gathering with one big great room with couches, fireplace, and TV attached to a kitchen. The only downside is that you can hear people talking and the TV from the bedrooms, so if someone in your group wants to go to bed early, they will hear what is going on the the main room. We were there off-season so the pool was closed, but it is just down some stairs from the back deck. We would definitely return to this property, in or out of season.

Cozy and Spacious Hamptons Getaway

We highly recommend this house. Large spacious living area with fireplace was cozy over the holidays. The kitchen is lovely to dine in and well equipped for cooks. The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the special Christmas touches she provided. Property is beautifully appointed and decorated. It is truly a home, not just a vacation rental.

The Hamptons are a great location to be in - whether to live or to visit. I fell in love with East Hampton while living out there for a summer and working at a bed and breakfast to see if buying and owning a B&B was what I wanted to do. Well, I decided it wasn't for me, but I ended up buying a house out there instead. What is so great about it is that it is the perfect combination of sophisticated culture, restaurants and shopping AND some of the most beautiful natural scenery in this country: beach, bays, blue skies, beautiful hiking trails, and more. I love going out there all year round - the off-season in Fall and Spring are the best.

Located close to bay beaches, scenic vistas of the bays and Accabonac Harbor for fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as close to the Springs Historic District with the Pollock Krasner House, a general store with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables to enjoy your breakfast and lunch, a Saturday farmer's market and frequent art shows. Also close to several restaurants on Three Mile Harbor offering scenic vistas and beautiful sunsets.
