Spacious villa, 200 meters walking distance to beach, 100 meters from communal pool. Master bedroom with ensuite showeroom, double bedroom, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, separate shower room. Large kitchen with all amenities, living room and dining room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area. Outside patio area, table and 6 chairs under canopy also 6 sunbeds and small table. Large roof terrace. Small putting green to side of villa, next to bbq area and outside shower. 4 sets of golf clubs available if required (various golf courses in area, desert springs, marina golf, valle de este, aguilon golf and lorca golf club).

Muy buena experiencia. La casa genial, muy amplia, cómoda y acogedora. Al lado de la playa, piscina bien. Tal y como sale en las fotos. La anfitriona nos ha tratado muy bien.

Cumple las expectativas
Nos alojamiento en la casa 6 personas y nos ha resultado muy cómoda. Está tal y como muestran las fotos, tanto la casa como la zona de entrada con la mesa y las sillas. Genial el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, además de ventiladores en el techo para poder alternar. Y la piscina también es bastante grande y con zona de sol y sombra. Fuimos a final de junio y apenas había gente.
La única pega, por poner alguna, es que no dispone de lavavajillas (nos explicó la dueña que por el diseño de la cocina se quedó sin poderlo poner) , y faltaba algo de vajilla.

Excelente Villa en una gran ubicación
La villa esta perfectamente situada cera de la playa y del pueblo de Villaricos, amplia, espaciosa y con todos los los servicios y comodidades. Una muy buena opción para vacaciones en familia. La atención de Christine y Pauline fue excelente.
The villa is perfectly located near the beach and the village of Villaricos. Great space with all the services and amenities. Very good option for family sumer holidays. Christine and Pauline were very helpful.
