Casa Bella Mar est en bord de mer. Villa indépendante avec accès direct à la plage depuis le jardin. Meublée avec goût par le propriétaire. Chambre principale avec balcon donnant sur la mer, vous pouvez entendre la mer et admirer le superbe lever de soleil depuis votre lit. Salon/salle à manger avec 2 portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin arrière avec superbe vue sur la mer. Prenez votre petit-déjeuner dans le jardin. Chambre principale avec salle de bains attenante luxueuse, douche avec vue sur mer, chambre à lits jumeaux et chambre double donnant sur la piscine (balcon et escalier en colimaçon menant à l grand toit terrasse ensoleillé toute la journée et vue imprenable à 360° sur la mer et les montagnes). Cuisine très bien équipée donnant sur la piscine.
Récemment construite, la villa est en excellent état. Idéale pour des vacances paisibles, romantiques et reposantes à la plage, au soleil avec la mer à côté. Superbe jardin et grand coin patio pour les barbecues.

Plongée avec masque et tuba et pêche: Les eaux des bassins de roches et de la mer juste après le jardin sont transparentes et idéales pour la plongée avec masque et tuba et la pêche. Vous trouverez de nombreuses plages de sable magnifiques qui valent vraiment le détour à proximité d'El Calon.

Golf et ski: Vous trouverez 4 parcours de golf à quelques min de route : Desert Springs est le seul parcours de golf de championnat désertique de toute l'Europe où ont lieu les entraînements d'hiver ; un parcours vraiment extraordinaire ; le fabuleux parcours de Valle del Este et le magnifique parcours d'Aguilon.
L’exceptionnelle station de ski ensoleillée de Sierra Nevada est environ à 2h15 de route.

El Calon holiday

Beautiful location with sea views and access to the beach. Very comfortable house , well equiped kitchen and a variety of outside seatimg , with BBQ. Probably due to the time of year ( mid Jan - mid Feb), wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the outside space which has been nicely planted to provide a green garden area to relax in.

Nice little 3 bedroom villa

A clean & tidy property . The stairs are a bit steep with a turn on them , not easy for anyone disabled . A sweet location , though sadly you need to drive to a sandy beach

The rise is lower than the normal by 19%, which is better. The depth is 25% more than the normal, which is better. The width is 11% wider than the normal, which is better. The return is the standard maximum size.

Very nice house in a small village

Everything exactly as described. View is stunning. House is not a classical rental but you find everything….more than the normal 6 plates in rental homes. You defintely need a car to go to the supermarket or a large sandy beach….but enjoying the quiet and familiar atmosphere of this small place is worth it. The only restoran is only 50 m down the beach walk…and also very familiar.

Breathtaking!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more! So glad we came, we highly recommend! The house is equipped with everything you need, we didn‘t have to go out and buy any basics at all. There are supermarkets close by, the towns nearby are fun to discover, or you can just lounge by the pool or ocean. The rooms are quaint, the beds comfortable, there’s an air conditioner in every room, the bathrooms are modern and everything is clean. Dogs are welcome, ours loved looking at the ocean from the balcony. The view is absolutly breathtaking, what luxury to wake up to the view and sound of the ocean every morning!

Great apartment with communal pool. Great for a holiday with plenty of peace and quiet. Surrounding area is not very demanding for activities. Great beach for dogs 8 minutes away. With little swell behind the house great for snorkelling and a nice village beach bar / restaurant. The service staff at the accommodation is great. The ladies are very nice, very helpful and help with all questions. The accommodation could use a few renovations / updates which are probably planned for September 2025. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. One point deduction for outdated inventory, especially with regard to the kitchen materials. Some of the knives were already in an alarmingly dangerous condition and I even injured myself on one of them. This should definitely be changed in September. Otherwise everything else is great. Kind regards

relaxed sun holiday in beautiful seafront location

Holidayed in hot (30+) June/July at el Calon (very small development much better in real life than on Google Earth) with husband who likes to get away from it all, two teen girls and two active boys aged 10 and 13. A perfect location, home from home accommodation, the sea literally a stone's throw away, the photos on line are real (beach is gravelly)and practically our own pool. Snorkelling,kayaking and table tennis on beach were popular as was the digital tv and internet access. Sandy beaches a short drive away. We'd recommend those just south and north of San Jaun and Vera (the south end). Water Park at Vera also a hit. Garrucha and Villaricos markets well worth a visit, short drive away. Very reasonable restaurant for big lunch, with friendly waiters 5 mins north at Pozo del Esparto, right on beach. Would love to return. Thanks Jill!

Brilliant beachfront escape

We never tired of the sunrises and the roar of the waves. It truly is an amazing position. So relaxing and the air couldn't be fresher. We were lucky with great weather (having left Gatwick in snow on Easter Monday) and were able to eat outside on the terrace every night. We even had a BBQ one night. 15 mins away the Consum supermarket has an excellent fish counter so we bought heaps of langoustine. Also a fantastic selection of fruit and veg, a bakery and wide choice of wines too. We also bought bread off a guy who comes along the beach in his van every morning. Very civilised. The house is really well equipped and a perfect bolthole, tucked away on a very quiet stretch of coast. The only bit of equipment I missed was a dishwasher but that's just being lazy. Great to hear about the solar heating as the pool was too cold to use. We will definitely go back. Easyjet flights to Murcia are great value and it's a lovely, easy little airport. Jill's recommendation of carjet.com was spot on and we were pleased with the car.

2010 wintering in EL Calon Spain

We travel to Spain every winter with our two West Highland terriers and know the area very well. The situation was ideal for our needs with a glorious vista of the sea and shoreline. Especially memorable is waking to the sun rising across the water. A secure and comfortable garden area was a bonus and gated access to the shoreline was very convenient for dog walking with an interesting, pleasant 1 hour amble along the coastal paths. The village is clean and tidy and the natives are very friendly and helpful. Inland there is plenty of natural and historical habitats to explore on foot without resorting to driving, but this is serious walking country needing good boots and plenty of stamina. However, a car is essential for shopping - organisation and planning is an important aspect to the weekly shopping trip. The property is well equipped for self catering and very comfortable in good or inclement weather. The garden enjoys the sun all day and is well sheltered. We were able to breakfast on the patio most of the time where we spent a great deal of our time in pursuit of our many interests. The nearest urbanisation at San Juan (3 miles) is essentially a summer resort and quite deserted in the winter. Aguilas (10Miles) has much more to offer as a typical Spanish town especially with the carnival atmosphere in February. However, this year was a disaster due to a week of stormy weather. Villaricos (6Miles) is a charming favourite resort and very popular with the British and Spanish with a good Sunday market. There is much to explore in the surrounding countryside and villages, but a car is essential. Would we do it again? Yes! especially for the relaxation and comfort it provides and to escape the British winter. It has been, without doubt, our best winter sojourn in Spain - simply for the quality of the accommodation, the location and the situation. Belle location mais quelques remarques

La maison correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce. Par contre la piscine qui normalement est réservée à la résidence est très bruyante car tous les enfants des environs y viennent et il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la journée, la sieste n'est pas respectée et le soir tard il reste dans la piscine avec de la musique. STUART and NATASHA merci pour votre accueil et les indications pour arriver son très précises. Egalement il faut savoir que la réception GSM est très difficiles, nous ne pouvions pas faire d'appels ou recevoir des communictions

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger une critique. J'ai écrit à la direction en ce qui concerne les enfants d'autres complexes utilisant la piscine. Cela ne devrait pas arriver et il ne devrait pas y avoir de musique dans la piscine. Je crains que le signal mobile ne soit pas le meilleur dans ce domaine, mais je ne peux rien y faire, nous utilisons Internet pour les appels. Je suis ravi que vous ayez trouvé la maison annoncée et que Stuart et Natasha se soient si bien occupées de vous.

Séjour de 2 semaines cet été avec 4 enfants, maison très sécurisée pour les accès à la piscine et à la plage. Endroit merveilleux et calme avec un petit bar super sympa. La maison identique aux photos avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il faisait super chaud c'était trop top ! la piscine nettoyée tous les 2 jours et les draps changés une fois par semaine c'était génial. Propriétaire charmante et disponible avec toutes nos questions ! Franchement c'était parfait. Nous y reviendrons avec un énorme plaisir, c'est sur !

Fui con algo de miedo por alguna reseña negativa que vi, la casa esta para vivir desde 4 dias que estuvimos nosotros hasta 15-20 dias sin ningun problema, no le falta de nada. Tienes que ser consciente de que no tiene playa propia y que para todo tienes que ir en coche, pero estas a 25 metros del mar. Mi valoracion es muy positiva.

As soon as we saw Casa Bella Mar it was everything we dreamed of, a house with a garden that you can walk straight onto the beach. The views are stunning overlooking the sea from the garden, living room and master bedroom. The balcony has 360 degree magnificent view.
