Charming 1 bedroom house with private terrace and pool, that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Located in a small village (Chão da Parada), 5km from Sao Martinho Do Porto, this property is ideal for a romantic getaway, or for small families and groups of friends that wish to be in a nice and quiet area but not too far from everything.

The house presents an open plan setting with a well equipped lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The property has free Wi-Fi, a Blu-Ray DVD player and a USB plug.

The bedroom comes with a double bed (160x200) and there is a sofa-bed in the lounge that can sleep 2 other guests.

The terrace is very large and extremely well equipped with furniture for dining outside and sun-loungers to relax under the sun and have great private entertaining moments around the pool.

You have a private parking space for 1 car.

A travel cot can be arranged on request, in case you need it. A highchair is available for hire, please contact us for more information.

Please Note: Barbecues are not allowed at this property.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.

Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour grâce au bon emplacement de la propriété et de la piscine qui était très très bien entretenue. L’espace extérieur est très bien pensé et agréable, néanmoins : La propreté au sein de la maison était une catastrophe, le bac à douche plein de moisissures et saletés que j’ai dû nettoyer moi même, les couvert pleins d’huile dans les tiroirs, les traces de dentifrices sur la poubelle de la salle de bain non nettoyées. Sans parler de la rouille aux robinets, de l’aspirateur cassé sans sac, de l’absence de produits de nettoyage ou sacs poubelle, du lit très inconfortable à ressorts et du canapé en piteux état. Disons que pour des gens peu regardant sur l’hygiène et le confort c’est parfaitement recommandé, sinon ce sera compliqué.

On arrival pool was dirty and unable to use for first 3 days. Bedding and towels smelt musty so had to purchase washing tablets and wash bedding and towels. Unable to use toaster and kettle as it kept blowing electrics. This was not sorted until the end of our two week stay. All in all a bad experience.

Gostamos imenso. Super tranquila a zona geográfica, a casa é pequena mas tem o essencial para uma boa estadia e a piscina, privada, é a cereja no topo do bolo. Necessitamos de assistência e foi disponibilizada de imediato. O quarto podia ter uns estores ou uma portada, por causa da luz. Ainda assim, foi uma excelente estadia. O melhor de tudo foi a amabilidade de nos deixarem levar a nossa mini companheira que amou a estadia, tanto como os donos.
