It has a room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room and terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, all 25 meters from the beach. In a very quiet neighborhood and very well connected. 5 km from Barcelona airport and 13 km from within Barcelona.

Beautiful beach house

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful beach front property! Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy 45 minute taxi to Barcelona center and we were able to walk to market and restaurant when in Gava. Pool was amazing as well as the beach!

Wonderful ocean stay.

Great check in and out and good response time to any concerns. Fantastic ocean view and steps away from the beach. Some musty smell perhaps due to the recent rains. Overall a great place to stay.

Beach view was sadly obstructed. Choices of restruants and availability after 6pm was hard to find this time of year.The Tropical next door offered a wide variety of food and drinks, eat before 6pm.Studio was perfectly located and cozy.Host was very pleasant.Bikes were antiquated.Neighboors were loud! Day and night.

Cute and convenient

It was a nice property. I (an adult woman) stayed here with my mom. I actually slept on the couch without turning it into a bed and found it comfortable. My mom said the bed was comfortable as well. There wasn't much in the area but we were only there one night and didn't need much. There was a tasty restaurant a block away on the beach that we enjoyed

Paradise

The apartment has wonderful: views of the Mediterranean, comfortable beds, amenities and location for grocery shopping, restaurants, and access to Barcelona and airport. The people of the apartment property are very nice. Even though there was construction going on at the time of our stay, I would stay again and again.

Nice ….. but

We are seniors that travel a lot, and have travelled extensively our entire lives. We stayed 8 nights in the upstairs (Level 2) apartment. The apartment is incredibly small, which isn’t entirely obvious in the website photos. Basically it was too small for two adults for 8 nights. Probably ideal for three nights or so where you have little amount of luggage. We struggled to see how 3 people would stay here comfortably. It’s nicely furnished but not necessarily comfortable. The washing machine and drier are located in a shed at ground level. This is shared with other people which we were not advised about. The pool was great, the restaurant around the corner on the beach fabulous. Situated close to the city bus stop we utilised that service twice it was so easy to travel into Barcelona. A little more information would have been helpful ie outdoor clothes line at rear of the property.The plastic mattress protector is a nightmare to sleep on.Ramon kindly organised our taxi on departure day.Possibly just not the right property for us given the duration of our stay and age group.

The apartment is 34 square meters, more than enough for two guests. It has all the necessary amenities, plus the best views of the beach in the area, it is 15 meters from the sand. Many apartments do not have a washer and dryer and we provide this service free of charge. For the last 6 years we have had a Dutch retired couple visiting us for 4 weeks and they are still delighted with the apartment. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations 100%. regards ramon

Beautiful Spot!

We loved this property, and if it had just been my wife and I this would be 5 stars across the board. The reason for a tiny little 'deduction' is that the sofa bed just wasn't great and we had 4 in our family. But other than this little aspect, this is THE space to get in Gava. The owners are very quick to respond to chats, and very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is furnished and very well appointed. A full kitchen, laundry, ironing board, etc - nothing is missing. There is a small market within a 5 minute walk as well. They even provided beach umbrellas and chairs and a boogie board. The have bicycles you can borrow if you feel like exploring the area. The balcony has a shade system built in that allows you find shade all day. The shutters do a great job darkening the space for sleeping and keeping out the heat during the day. The air conditioning works flawlessly and cools the entire apartment. But better than all this is the beach. It has plenty of space and is immense. And there restaurants every few hundred meters along the beach so finding food is easy. If I ever come back to this area, I will look for this apartment first.
