A converted old dock building the apartment contains 3 Double Bedrooms, 2 Sofa beds if required and 2 bathrooms. The apartment can sleep 8. Its an authentic loft apartment on three levels. 1400sq feet tastefully presented with all of the modern home comforts in a short stay inspiring loft apartment. Situated in Central Liverpool in a very busy night time street Loft Nine is ideally placed to experience the vibrancy of the city.
Loftnine9 is clean and airey with a mid-century decor. All bed linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully operational with everything you will need.

Really nice manhattan style apartment, very close to all the action which was perfect for our party of 7. Host gave us clear instructions and was even open to us checking in earlier than 3pm which was really nice. Will recommend!

Great place for city centre stay

Three colleagues working in the city, this was a good base conveniently located. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very helpful host - I wish we’d had a bit more time to explore the food/drinks recommendations!

Great stay

The host was very welcoming and arranged to have prrsonal belongings posted back. The apartment was plenty big enough . Great location for our needs. The only thing we missed was a TV and Microwave. .

Noisy and dirty

We stayed in this apartment for a weekend with 8 friends. With unfortunately some bad experiences: The beds are extremely small and not suitable for two adults. The floor was dirty and sticky. The heating system did not work. The showers were dirty and very little water comes out of the tap. The location is great but very noisy.

I appreciate your booking - but I cannot accept your description. There is one king sized and two double beds in three bedrooms. There are two double sofa beds. I believe the heating was problem but I gave you clear instructions on how to fix. I contest that floors were dirty and sticky as they are extensively cleaned before each stay. No issues regards cleanliness, water pressure and bed size was raised during your stay.

Eggy Pumps

Well what can I say about the property. I'll summarise it into two words, "Eggy Pumps". Now I know what you're thinking, sounds terrible, perhaps we should avoid. In fact, it's quite the contrary. The property is full of mystery with eclectic art and objects and in one of these objects we found a most humorous note titled "Eggy Pumps". This is one of the many quirks of the property. It was clean on arrival, with as many towels as the Playdrome could ever fathom. My only advice for new guests would be, if you are looking for a quieter stay, then perhaps this property at the weekend isn't for you as on a Saturday night it can get pretty rowdy with the laughter of seagulls. Asides that, we have no complaints. The communication with the owner was excellent and we would be happy to visit again for another fun filled weekend in Liverpool.

How satisfying when guests notice the efforts, the vision and the spirit of the place..Loftnine9 isn't perfect, it isn't a five star boutique hotel or a 30th Floor London Penthouse..Loftnine9 is though, fun, quirky, unique and inspiring space for guests to enhance their enjoyment of a great City. Loftnine9 was my home from 1996 to 2003 and has been a rented property since. In January 2019 the last short-term residential tennants left and the apartment was changed to short-stay holiday let's. In July and August 2020 the apartment under went an extensive upgrade and refurbishment programme.

The apartment is a perfect spacious and unique space right in the centre of the vibrant heart of Liverpool and perfect for groups enjoying the many aspects of this wonderful city.

What makes this property unique

Loftnine9 is situated in a busy night time area and a few meters from Bold Street a main shopping/eating street in Liverpool centre. The City scape changes after dark into a vibrant nightlife location and you are perfectly placed to savour the atmosphere or join the party. For some this is off putting but in the day you are seconds away from the comfort of a cool coffee shop or a menu of world food.
