多くの窓と高い位置のおかげで光で満たされ、ヴェネツィアのラグーンの風景と都市のシーンのモノクロ���壁画が点在しているアパートは、4人のゲストを冷静な快適さで眠らせます。木製のフローリングは、クリーム、白、上品なニュートラルの見やすいパレットに対して際立っています。

素晴らしいティントレットで満たされたサンロッコ大聖堂と有名なフラリ教会への目と鼻の先、サントマヴァポレット（水上バス）から数分以内に停車し、市内を簡単に移動し、「トラゲット」ゴンドラフェリーを渡りますサンマルコ地区への大運河。

軽い旅行で、小さなお店、プントスーパーマーケット、カンポサンタマルゲリータの魚、果物、野菜の屋台に近い場合、自炊のニーズに応じて、ローマ広場から徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。

Location, Space, double couch, well-equipped kitchen. There would be nice to have a few Christmas decoration. We struggle to manage the bedroom digital heating control, so the room was pretty cold (16°C). The light control location in the apartment for the entrance staircase has not been explained.

Amazing location and a great host..!

We visited Venice for four days at the end of May and loved this apartment. It was central to grocery, banks, cafes and all the sites we wanted to see. Our host was very helpful in teaching us about the area, where we should go and how to best get around.

Light-filled spacious apartment in perfect location

The location was perfect for us and the canal views out the apartment windows were fun. The hosts were very helpful and all our communications went smoothly, including our greeting on arrival. The living room and bedrooms were spacious, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen is on the small side which was fine for us, but maybe not easy for cooking full meals. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Brilliant Property.

I feel like if we extol about the small details too much that I’ll be doing the “important things” a disservice. So, the apartment itself is luxurious and well-designed. The hosting company is amazing and inviting, and were communication with us prior to arival. But the small details were exquisite. Everything you can think about—and things you wouldn’t. The place is wonderful. Perfect for a stay in Venice!

Venice is magical

Our three-day two-night stay in Venice could not have been better thanks to our apartment and suggestions from those involved. The owners communicated every detail and when we arrived, they met us at the 'boat dock' and walked us to our GREAT apartment. Mateo who escorted us also gave great dinner recommendations which we used perfectly. We loved the location! For a great time in Venice, I highly recommend our hosts!!!

Comfortable and great location

Venice was our final city of a 10 day trip. This apt was a perfect way to end the trip. Lots of space, good location and best AC of the trip. There are two sets of stairs to navigate and on the second step a handrail would have made it a full 5 star. Marco checked us in and Enrica was easy to communicate with. Both were great. Departure by water taxi was close by and easy to access.

Venice Dream Apartment

Perfect location with views of canals and yet quiet. The apartment is spacious with wonderful windows and patio. The host provided us with impeccable service and they set up a water taxi for us to and from the train. The apartment is very well stocked with all our needs. We hope to return in the near future!

Exceptional Time in Venice

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location to walk to all of our planned activities in Venice. The staff at Views on Venice, Christina, was helpful in planning the trip and welcoming us to Venice and orienting us to the apartment. The apartment provided ample space and two bathrooms for us.

Great Location, Views, and Experience

Great location at the intersection of Rio de Pantalon and Rio de Ca' Foscari with easy access to really anywhere. Hosts were super helpful in arranging a water taxi to pick us up at the train station and then again to take us to the airport. They met us at the property to let us in and show us around, even spending a few minutes with a map to point out some things in the area and how to get to them, then they were available via WhatApp in case we needed anything, but we didn't. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with good views of the 2 canals down below.

Great location, great apartment, the only issue, according to my Doctor I had bites from bed bugs but for Views on Venice they were only mosquitos because they couldn't find any bed bugs after our staying.........No way to clarify with them. Mauro

Ca' Pantalon Terrace is Modern, Spacious, and Perfectly Located

Ca' Pantelon is a very spacious, modern unit prefectly located near Campo Santa Margherita (under 2 minutes) but far enough that it does not get the crowds. 10 minutes to the train station in one direction, and ten minutes to the Academia bridge in the other. Many dozens of great dining options, from quick pizza to several of the top places in the City, are within a 5 minute walk. Excellent wine shop seconds away. Plenty of windows and sunlight. Great kitchen. The terrace is quite private, with just a sliver of a view of nearby rooftops. Campo San Pantalon can be a little noisy in the mornings with the garbage barge, but it's gone by 10:00. The unit is two flights of stairs up, but that provides a nice view of the canals and reduces mosquitoes. And, as always, Views on Venice is fantastic in terms of getting you settled in, addressing any issues, reserving water taxis, etc. I would not stay in Venice without working through VoV!

Needs Love

The location is perfect. Very nice area not teaming with tourists. The AC and wifi broke while there but repaired. The sheets were very scratchy so I asked for ones that were better. The bed is rather hard. Nice to have a washing machine. There were practically no standard provisions such as sugar or paper towels. The patio is nice to have but the furniture needs replacing— splinters on tables and chairs. The apartment really needs some design help. Just little things mean a lot. Very cheap and old furniture. I spent 8 nights there so it mattered. Good restaurants right outside the door like The Dolfin. There are 3 total flights of stairs so don’t recommend this unless you are in good shape. The managers do try to help and are attentive during stay.

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
