Spacious and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Venice, just 2 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The location is simply perfect for exploring the city: right under the apartment are bars, restaurants and typical venues, ideal for experiencing the authentic Venetian atmosphere.

The accommodation offers a large bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open-space kitchen and an elegant dining table, perfect for moments of relaxation or sharing a meal together. The living area is enhanced by windows from which you can enjoy a suggestive glimpse of the Grand Canal, making the experience even more unique.

The property also has two welcoming bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.

This was a nice apartment for our short stay in Venice! Very good location and communication! We were grateful to be able to put our bags there until check in. There are stairs to get to it and the view is from outside and not a balcony or window but otherwise it was great!

Small walk-up apartment close to Rialto Bridge. Great location, convenient to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the AC and washer/dryer worked well. A little cramped for 6 adults, but we knew when we booked it that we were prioritizing location over extra sleeping space. Wonderful stay.

Check-in was at 3 PM. After walking 1 mile from the train station with luggage through Venice, waited at the apartment for approximately 45 minutes before we could get into the apartment. They need to hire more people when they have multiple places they’re managing and people checking in around the same time. They had one gentleman who was pleasant who was trying to check in multiple people at multiple apartments at the same time.The picture advertised for the tenants of view of the grand. Canal is actually a picture taken as you’re hanging out the window to see the grand Canal. You have to work for the view, not as advertised.

Amazing property

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment right within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and multiple others local spots and resturants! Beds were comfortable and clean, apartment was well stocked with basic necessitys and the gal who checked us in and got us settled was amazing!
