We much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. We also appreciated the A/C that worked very well. Alicia is a great host and took the time to show us the apartment and provide us with detailed instructions. She was also very flexible on the arrival time which we greatly appreciated.

Alicia is so amazing! Can’t say enough about this property! It’s a great place for families or couples, close to all attractions, very clean, spacious and has everything you need! The outdoor Terrance is excellent for kids and having some outdoor space to chill. Check in was easy. Would 100% recommend for anyone staying in Seville!!!

Wonderful location to stay while in Sevilla!

We loved our short stay in Sevilla and at this wonderful apartment. Alicia and Francisco were excellent hosts. The location couldn’t have been better! Short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. Such a great city to walk and explore!!

A beautiful, well equipped apartment ideally situated within easy walking distance of the main sights of Seville but away from the crowds. The rooftop terrace is magnificent. The apartment is close to a variety of bars and restaurants. Communication with the host, Alicia, was good throughout the booking and check in process. However English is not spoken and we had to rely on Google translate. This was not a problem. Overall highly recommended.

Charming stay in Sevilla

You won’t find a more charming property. Beautiful place and has everything you need. Upstairs terrace area was amazing. Alicia communication was always prompt. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful property with rooftop terrace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in the La Alfalfa neighborhood. We stayed for two weeks and had a full kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine, and access to nearby groceries (not to mention numerous tapas bars & restaurants). The apartment was very clean with excellent A/C, and the building has an elevator to reach this 2nd & 3rd floor apartment. Our host Alicia was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great apartment, well appointed with the most amazing huge roof terrace! What a pleasure it was to eat breakfast in beautiful sunshine up with the swifts. Check in was very smooth and communication with the owners was excellent.

Two weeks in Seville

This was a great property. Excellent location, smooth check in, very responsive host. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Rooms are all comfortable and nicely furnished. The large rooftop deck with awning really made the place.

We were only there a night but the apartment was comfortable and in a good location in the old city, close to everything we wanted to do. Communications with the host was not easy requiring me to translate from English to Spanish and vice versa. This surprised me since the VRBO site said the host spoke both languages. Had no hot water the next morning because no one told us we needed to turn on the boiler. Luckily the water heated up quickly. Enjoyed our brief time in Sevilla.

Loved Sevilla, location is near plenty of restaurants and bars...easy to get cabs to all historic sites. Loved that host met us at apt to go over house. Lovely roof top terrace...If we ever make it back to Sevilla I would stay here again

Had an amazing experience at this wonderful home. Francisco and Alicia were amazing hosts!

Can’t say enough about our perfect month in Seville! The house is amazing and Francisco and Alicia, our hosts, were outstanding, going out of there way to meet our every need. The location is perfect near restaurants, all major attractions, cafe’s and shopping right outside your door. We had a variety of friends and family stay with us and no one wanted to leave. The roof deck with the views of old town is magnificent. If staying in Seville make your home at this property!

Loved our stay at this centrally-located haven. Alicia is a truly wonderful person...she is so sweet, kind, and accommodating. She did everything she could to make us feel welcome. She doesnt speak english but she does speak some french which worked for me..we also communicated well through google translate/whatsapp. Some things to note..this is an access controlled area so you really can only be dropped off/picked up by taxi. It's on a busy street but there arent any bars/restaurants so really the noise is not too bad. The windows and shutters do a great job of keeping out the noise. Everyone slept well...including some tricky sleepers. The apartment has a lot of air fresheners...too many in fact. We consolidated a few of them in the kitchen to keep the strong smell out of the bedrooms. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Ideal Central Seville Apartment

This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which is just steps from the major sites of downtown Seville. Francisco is an attentive and responsive host, he met us upon arrival, helped us park out vehicle and helped us get our luggage to the apartment. The apartment has plenty of room, a spacious kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a lovely rooftop patio with very nice views. The apartment is charming and very comfortable. There is a small grocer just down the road. We absolutely loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Property is beautiful, awesome location, well equipped, and the breakfast provided was a great touch. Two minor inconveniences, The person that checked me in spoke zero English and had zero paperwork in English to explain things. we worked it out. My other complaint is the same for all rentals, why cant they supply two large towels per person instead of one small towel. Otherwise it was great.

Lovely apartment in great location

My family of 5 adults stayed in this lovely apartment, that looks just the photos. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants and Seville tour sites. We were able to walk to most places. The apartment is spacious and updated. The outdoor patio is a nice place to have dinner or morning coffee and enjoy the outdoors. The configuration of the apartment over 2 floors makes the space seem larger. The owner was quick to respond to questions and helped find solutions. Unfortunately when we stayed, there wasn’t any internet. It was problematic in making reservations and scheduling activities. The owner suggested he was switching companies. I would recommend staying in this apartment and will do so, if I return to Seville.
