Studio for rent in the centre of NERJA. Accommodation WITH VIEWS TO SAN MIGUEL STREET. It has a balcony overlooking the main street. For this reason it is also brighter. Studio with double bed. In the centre of Nerja, a few minutes from the beaches that bathe the Paseo Balcón de Europa in Nerja. Studio with only one room, in which we have a fully equipped private kitchen, complete private bathroom, living room in the same room with television and free Wi-Fi. Optional air conditioning from €6/day. On the top floor of the building there is the communal terrace for the entire building, where you can sunbathe in the summer months. Recommendation: If you need peace and quiet, we recommend choosing an apartment with views to the interior. (Centusur Apartments Type B or Type C). This apartment has views to the main street. and for this reason, there will always be more noise from the main street.
The apartment is located in a building of tourist apartments and temporary rentals. The building is located just a few minutes from the beaches that bathe the Paseo Balcón de Europa in Nerja. The set of apartments is distributed in a two-storey building without a lift, with a terrace on the third floor. All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a living-dining room and we can recommend other apartments if you need them.
On the top floor of the building there is a terrace, where you can sunbathe in the summer months. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for your holiday, whether for short stays of several days or longer stays, weeks, fortnights, full months and even apartments prepared for long-term rental for periods of one year or months' rent in winter. Within 100 and 200 metres (in a radius) of the apartments, we find cafes, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a bus station and free public parking to park your vehicle. Amenities that the apartments have: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware. Bathroom with shower. Towels will be left in the apartment for all occupants and days of stay.
