Beautifully appointed apartment with a stunning view

Situated on the top floor, accessed by a lift and a few stairs. Ideal for a couple. Fully furnished with good quality items including air conditioning and a washer/dryer. Bonuses include free underground parking and private wi-fi. The large balcony overlooks the bay and it is only a 2 minute walk to the sea. Carole is the perfect host and is very helpful.

The apartment was very compact but nicely decorated if basic. Rest of complex needs updating. Great location to access train line to visit other places along the coast and perfect for the beach. Carole was helpful with queries / early check-in and later check out but it was tricky having to translate everything. The only thing that spoilt the holiday was having to pay 80 euros for a misplaced swimming pool wristband! It was an accident by our teenage son and just wish we'd been forewarned! Our fault...but still gutting!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Carole, après une frayeur concernant la hauteur de l’accès au sous-sol.Ce petit appartement est plutôt sympa, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de VMC dans la salle d’eau et pour la cuisine.La baie vitrée ne ferme pas très bien, du coup, le bruit des nombreux trains, dérange.L’emplacement, en ville est idéal par sa proximité avec tous les commerces ou nous avons été très bien accueillis.Les parties communes sont très bien entretenues.Pensez à refixer le mitigeur de l’évier…

Gemütliches Apartment im obersten Stock mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zu zweit ist die Wohnung optimal, aber auch für unsere Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern kamen wir mit der Größe gut zurecht. Die Schlafcouch war auch bequem und die Wohnung ist mit 2 Klimaanlagen gut klimatisiert. Die Dachterrasse mit Markise ist vergleichsweise groß und man hat von dort wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, den Strand, die Berge und Cannes. Man sieht zwar auch auf den Zugbahnhof und die Zugstrecke verläuft davor am Strand entlang, aber das hat uns gar nicht gestört. Der inkludierte Gemeinschaftspool hat uns und vor allem unseren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Den Sandstrand kann man in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem super und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen :-)

Localisation complètement fausse !

L'appartement est propre, confortable et très bien équipé, vue magnifique face à Mandelieu et Théoule, et non face aux iles de Lérins), conforme à la description. Par contre, je suis franchement mécontent de la localisation indiquée dans l'annonce. L'immeuble n'est absolument pas à la Croix des Gardes, mais à la Bocca (6 rue de la Verrerie) ! Face à la plage des rochers et non face à la plage du midi, le port et la croisette sont à 3 km et non 1,4 km. Je suis furieux de m'être fait avoir comme ça, c'est honteux !

Très bon emplacement, tous commerces à proximité ainsi que le marché, arrêt de bus proche pour aller au centre de Cannes (marché de Forville) ou Mandelieu La Napoule. Cerise sur le gâteau la vue mer, bien sur il y a le train qui passe en bas de l'immeuble, mais c'est un choix sans train pas de vue mer. Le train on s'y habitue 1 toutes les demi-heure celà dure 15 secondes et le calme revient. En bas vue sur la piscine également. Bref Plein les yeux

Appartement super a 2 pas des plages. Immeuble plutot calme, on recommande. Le seul defaut qu on pourrait remonter, c est un defaut que doit avoir la baie vitrée. Je pense qu elle doit etre mal installée, elle ne se ferme pas "totalement" et nous entendons donc un peu les bruits exterieurs. Mais cela n a pas du tout gacher notre semaine de vacances

Agréable séjour à Cannes

Nous avons passé un très bon moment durant cette semaine à Cannes où nous avons pu découvrir les environs. Carole a été très disponible et arrangeante concernant nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est propre, calme et fonctionnel ce qui le rend très agréable. Il y a également des commerces à proximité et la plage à 3 min à pied ! Le seul petit bémol est, selon nous qu’il manque une photo avec la vue d’ensemble. Cela serait plus représentatif du bien car les photos prisent du balcon ne montre pas tout. En effet nous ne voyons pas le train/rails qui ne sont pas visibles sur les photos 😉.

nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec une excellente vue et tres confortable. le mobilier est parfait dans la partie cuisine séjour, toutefois la chambre est trés petite avec un lit de 140. point positif vous disposez un emplacement de parking en sous sol, avec un petit bémol , dans l immeuble il y a pierre et vacances et du coup les places sont peu nombreuses.

Nous avons été satisfait de l'appartement, malgré les 30 m², il est très bien aménagé pour 2 personnes, dans un style contemporain avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine. L'accueil des propriétaires à l'arrivée et assistance au départ : au top : à l'heure que nous avons convenue et assistance des divers fonctionnements dans l'appartement. Par contre, il faut revoir les descriptifs dans votre site : tout d'abord l'adresse : Il n'est pas sur la Croix des Gardes comme annoncé, mais en pleine ville, bord de route, bord du train, donc très bruyant en journée. et d'autre part, vous indiquez WC séparé : il n'en est rien, les WC sont dans la salle de douche. et un point à signaler : l'appartement se situe au 8 ème étage et l'ascenseur s'arrête au 7 ème ! donc vraiment : revoyez le descriptif dans votre site ainsi, on sait à quoi s'en tenir !

Great view and good space

The flat in Cannes La Bocca had a great view and had everything you need. It is small but more than enough space for two adults and the balcony is quite large which it a great addition to the living space. The view is absolutely beautiful and although you are right by train tracks it doesn't spoil the view because the flat is on the top floor so you don't see it (and the noise isn't bad and can only hear it on the balcony). The two pools at the complex are great and the beach is literally on the door step. Only real issue with the flat was there was no welcome pack on arrival or any basics in the flat so plan a trip to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. La Bocca has everything you need except there isn't really a night life with very few restaurants or bars open in the evening so we walked into Cannes most nights (which takes about 30-40 minutes along the beach but La Bocca is very well connected so you should be able to get a bus or train). The only issue was that although the owner says on the Home Away profile that she speaks English, it's not really true. Contact via email was fine but none of the instructions in the flat are in English and I had to request a contract in English etc. Not really a problem in the end (and Google Translate was very helpful!) but worth noting as it does state that they speak English. Overall a great flat - I would recommend

J ai passé 15 jours de vacances dans un super appartement . Tout d abord , j ai été super bien accueilli par Carole trés gentille , souriante , charmante à qui vous pouvez demander des conseils concernant votre séjour si besoin . L appartement trés bien situé et avec une vue à couper le souffle !!!!!!! D une extrême propreté et tres bien agencé . J ai pu apprécié de trouver les commerçants situés à moins de 5 minutes de la résidence . Appartement avec une trés jolie terrasse donnant sur une vue panoramique , vue mèr !!!!!!. Très agréable de profiter également de la piscine Et du restaurant Et tres pratique de pouvoir laissé ma voiture au parking . J ai passé un séjour de rêve et de détente . Je recommande cet appartement qui ne peut qu assurer que de super vacances , aucune mauvaise surprise avec Carole . Pour ma part j ai hâte d y revenir au plus vite . Merci beaucoup Carole !!!!!!

Superbes vacances à Cannes!

TOIT SUR LA MER est vraiment l'appartement idéal pour séjourner pendant une semaine. C'est un endroit trés calme, bien localisé, avec une terrace qui nous permet avoir une vue panoramique superbe sur la Méditerranée et se reposer après les belles promenades au bord de mer ou les visites touristiques aux magnifiques endroits des alentours. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout fonctionne impeccablement. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires. Nous recommandons cette location très bien située et de facile accès au centre de Cannes toujours en ébullition.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon und tollem Meerblick in der obersten Etage.Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet für einfaches kochen.Kleines,aber modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC.Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank aber leider auch zu klein.Man kann sich kaum bewegen wenn man ums Bett wollte.Safe im Kleiderschrank konnte man auch nicht benutzen da er abgeschlossen war und es kein Schlüssel gab.Nervig war auch der ständige Zugverkehr der unter uns vorbei ging.Alles in allem aber recht in Ordnung für 2 Personen.Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage,Internet,TV,Handtücher,Badetücher undBettwäsche alles inklusive....gerne wieder....
