Welcome to EP9T, a charming studio apartment situated on the rooftop of a 1930s-era Athenian building full of character.
It features a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests also have access to a washing machine located on the rooftop.
Please note that the apartment is accessed via an external metal staircase (two flights of stairs).
Located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.
Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
