Studio OAK, modern 2-p-residence with private garden, near village, sea and dune

Enjoy our comfort and privacy in our studio OAK. It is a lovely quiet place with lots of greenery, near the village center of Bergen.

Studio EIKEN is a new (February 2020) and modern furnished holiday residence of 35m², for 2 persons (possibly with a baby).

The studio is adjacent to the house of the owner / landlord. Through your own front door you enter the hall with wardrobe and then the living room / kitchen area.

The well-equipped kitchen is equipped with pans, cutlery and other accessories, including dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. In the living area there are 2 armchairs, a dining table with 2 chairs and a smart TV. You have free WIFI.

In the sleeping area there is a double bed (2x80x210, box spring) and sufficient cupboard space (hang and lay). The bathroom is accessible from the sleeping area and has a shower, sink and toilet. Your bed is made upon arrival and towels are provided.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating and is well insulated.

The private garden offers a lot of privacy in a beautiful part of Bergen! You have 2 terraces, a private parking space and a covered bicycle shed (with 220V for charging bicycle battery) at your disposal. If you come with a classic car, covered and closed parking is negotiable.

The center of Bergen is only an 8-minute walk away. You can reach the beach in 15 minutes by bike.

Super süße, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung. Klein aber fein. Johann und Ank sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Bergen ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und überzeugt durch die Nähe zu Alkmaar, mit der besonderen Altstadt an den Grachten. Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft.

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir wurden von einem freundlichen und sympathischen Gastgeber Ehepaar empfangen und mit Obst aus dem Garten und Getränken im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Da das Haus zwischen hohen Bäumen steht, hat man im Sommer angenehme Temperaturen in der Wohnung. Die Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind vielfältig.

Urlaub im Studio Eiken vom 12.05 - 19.05.2024

Wir wurden von den netten Gastgebern Ank und Johan bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten in dem Studio eine tolle Woche mit viel Sonnenschein verbringen. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein komfortables Studio mit hochwertiger Einrichtung und privacy pur. Ergänzt wird dieser Eindruck durch die Lage der Wohnung in einer äußerst gepflegten Wohngegend mit lauschigem, Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man hat somit die Wahl zwischen sonnigen und schattigen Sitzplätzen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren oder schoppen ein. Hervorzuheben ist noch der Fahrradschuppen mit Stromanschluss für E-Bikes. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Marlies und Dieter Schikora.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Bergen

Es war eine erholsame und schöne Woche in Bergen und am Meer- auch dank der sehr gemütlichen Unterkunft mit besonders freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten viele Ausflüge ans Meer und nach Alkmaar mit dem Rad meistern und waren von Bergen mit seinen kleinen Läden, Cafés, dem schönen Museum und den Galerien sowie der Natur begeistert!!!

Das Studio Oak war perfekt! Sehr sauber, schön und funktional eingerichtet und erstaunlich geräumig. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio liegt außerdem fußläufig zu den Geschäften und Lokalen und doch mitten im Grünen. Das Meer ist mit dem Rad gut erreichbar und die Radwege durch die Dünen und den Wald sind einfach herrlich.

Schon die sehr freundliche Kontaktaufnahme durch die Vermieter unmittelbar nach der Buchung empfanden wir als sehr hilfreich und einladend. Die Vermieter (Ank und Johan) zeigten sich auch vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wohnung am Rande des Ortes sehr ruhig; dennoch zentrumsnah. Die herrlichen, langen Strände und die tolle, einmalige Natur der Dünenlandschaft laden zum Spazieren, Rad fahren ein und bieten ausreichend Gelegenheit, sich zu erholen.

wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, in dieser kleinen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Urlaubswohnung. Beste Vorbereitung und Einstimmung auf den Urlaub bereits im Vorfeld durch die sehr netten Vermieter, Ank und Johan. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort. Idyllisch und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Dort alles tipp topp! Ortsmitte ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad/Auto/ÖPNV. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fijn knus verblijf

Een fijne vakantiewoning aan de rand van Bergen. Met de fiets zit je net zo snel in het buitengebied als het centrum van Bergen. Een fijne uitvalsbasis voor tochtjes met fiets en auto in de omgeving. En ook het huisje voldoet aan alle gemakken die men wenst.
