This brand new contemporary Beachfront property is located in Southwest Sardinia, 3 Km from the tourist location Pula, and is composed by 7 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (all with magnificent sea view, TV, minibar, Nespresso machine and safe), two large living rooms, dining room, kitchen, over 200 square meters of terraces with breathtaking sea views, beautiful garden with direct beach access; heated infinity pool of 15m x 5m and sky terrace with fitness and jacuzzi.

Prices include daily cleaning, Kitchen Assistant, sun beds and towels at pool, infinity pool and beach.

Two padel courts and one tennis court 5 minutes by foot; walking distance to the small marina of Perd'e Sali; five minutes drive from the center of the nice town of Pula, 10 minutes drive from the Golf Resort is Molas (18 + 9 holes) and 30 minutes from Cagliari (Sardinia's Capital).

Wonderful stay!

This house is better than the pictures! It has everything you could want and perfect for a large group! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. The support stay was amazing as well!
