The property is exquisite. What is offered is what you have, perfect for family vacations, clean, functional, shopping and beach within walking distance, pool. House is only surpassed by Minorca and the Paradise it is.

The villa is in a superb position with fabulous views to the sea. It is very comfortable and is exactly as described on the website (although would suggest there isn't quite as much grass as in the photo!) We had the most fabulous holiday to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our family and would definitely book again if we needed as much space. Son Bou is perfect for a family holiday.....there is a small supermarket in easy walking distance (even easier once we found the gate at the end of the garden) and was brilliant to get fresh bread each morning from the bakery at the end of the steps. Felix (the villa manager) and his team went over and above to ensure we had a wonderfull holiday; helping immediately with any issue....Would thoroughly recommend both the villa and Son Bou (so unspoilt apart from 2 very ugly hotels in the cove (!) and, in fact, Menorca.....a lovely, unpretentious, small and uncrowded island...can't wait to go back.

Très belle présentation,vue très belle

En famille à 10 personnes dont 2 jeunes enfants. Tout le monde a tres bien apprécié ce lieu notamment la terrasse et sa vue mer...bonne équipement en cuisine. Bonne relation avec le prestataire.

Baby friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. The next couple or separately has an extra cost of 5€ per day.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.
