WELCOME TO MAISON10th!

The Villa is located in a small village on the rolling hills of Ventimiglia, famous for their spectacular climate all year round.

It is ideal for visiting all the famous places in the area, including Menton (7 km), Montecarlo (15 km), Sanremo (15 km), Dolceacqua (6 km) and for sea lovers, nearby Genoa offers the largest aquarium in Italy. The city center, beaches, shops, supermarkets and the weekly Friday market (held every Friday, a real tourist attraction) are just minutes away.

The apartment is very large 130 sq m and clean:

1 living room + terrace

1 kitchen + balcony

2 bathrooms

3 bedrooms

2 additional single beds are available upon request (capacity up to 8 people).

Also included: PRIVATE swimming pool (6.00 mx 16.00 m h 1.50 - 3.00 m) for the exclusive use of guests. Please note that the swimming pool is open in summer in the months of June, July, August, September and YOU ARE THE ONLY GUEST and THERE ARE NO AREAS TO SHARE WITH OTHER GUESTS.
Pool is closed in October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May.
The pool can be open on request in the months of May and October for at least two weeks staying by paying a supplement to the indicated rate.

The Villa is about 4 km (10 minutes by car) from the motorway exit. Located on a private road, it is a very peaceful place.

MAISON10th is a small building consisting of only 2 identical units. We are the owners of the entire villa and we live at the ground floor, available in case of need. We rent the entire first floor (130 sqm), fully equipped, at street level where you have private parking. From here access is direct to your apartment, very convenient for transporting your suitcases.
You are the ONLY GUEST - YOU WILL NOT SHARE AREAS WITH OTHER GUESTS! YOU ALSO HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL and BBQ.

In your apartment you will find everything you need:

Sheets, Blankets, Towels, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Vacuum Cleaner, Juicer, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Drying Rack, Digital and Satellite TV (Hotbird 13 E) with VCR-DVD and film archive, Italian books, Tourist guides of the Riviera dei Fiori.

You have the opportunity to buy Ligurian Extra Olive Oil, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers.

There are many sites of interest in Ventimiglia and in the surrounding areas: Castel d'Appio, Dolceacqua, Apricale, Torri Superiori, Terme di Pigna, Balzi Rossi, Hanbury Gardens, Roman Amphitheater, Strade del Vino, Triora, Bussana Vecchia ... they are all very characteristic small Ligurian villages.

Such a lovely place, difficult access

This is such a lovely place with everything you need for vacation. The big pool is always clean, like the garden and everything included. We really enjoyed our stay and claudia was always available via whatsapp, if we had questions or anything else.

Wonderful and amazing!

This house has one of the most spectacular views I've ever seen! We had such an amazing time in this gorgeous place, and Claudia and her parents are dream hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable, including arranging a private tour of an old castle. We can't thank Claudia enough for all her kind hospitality.

Wir haben nur durch Zufall dieses tolle Ferienhaus gefunden und es nicht betreut. Wir bereisen öfter Länder wo wir ein Ferienhaus bewohnen aber das übertrifft alles. Es war blitzsauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Poolbereich mit dem außerordentlich gepflegten Garten hat uns eine tolle Zeit beschert. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas schwierig aber nach zweimal fahren hatte man die Tricks raus. Wie sagte unsere Liebe Claudia… auf Liguriens Straßen muss man mutig sein:) Claudia muss noch einmal besonders erwähnt werden. Noch nie hatten wir so eine tolle Vermieterin. Sie hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und uns einige Tipps auf den Weg gegeben was wir uns noch ansehen können. Sie und ihre Eltern waren sehr diskret und freundlich. Vielen Dank für die außergewöhnlichen Tomaten, Kartoffeln, Zitronen, frisch gelegte Eier von den Anfangs faulen Hühnern und dem tollen Olivienöl. Wir werden das tolle Haus und diesen Urlaub nicht vergessen. Erwähnen sollte man auch dass es so gut liegt von der Gegend her dass man tolle Ausflüge nach Südfrankreich machen kann. Nizza, Cannes oder Menton sind fix zu erreichen. Sanremo oder Portofino auf der italienischen Seite sehr sehenswert. Wir wünschen der lieben Claudia und ihren Eltern alles erdenklich liebe. Wunderbare Erholung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch vorangegangene Bewertungen und der Beschreibung der Unterkunft wussten wir, dass der "Aufstieg" zum Haus etwas beschwerlich wird. Der Stau im Ort (Maustation/Grenznah) war manchmal etwas einschränkend. Was etwas fehlte, dass man keine guten Möglichkeiten hatte mal einen kleinen Spaziergang zu machen. Aber das Haus, die Möglichkeiten mit Pool/am Pool waren einsame Spitze. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief ohne Probleme per Whatsapp. Bei Problemen (einmal fiel der Strom/Sicherung) wurde sofort geholfen und das Problem behoben. Was ein wenig fehlte: Klimaanlage. Auch mit Ventilatoren und Lüften kam man nicht wirklich auf eine angenehme Temperatur. Fazit: wir haben uns toll erholt, haben ein super ausgestattetes und tolles Haus vorgefunden und wurden herzlich augenommen. Claudia, die Tomaten waren wunderbar und aus den Zitronen haben wir Granita gemacht. Vielen Dank dafür ! Wir würden Euch immer sofort weiterempfehlen.

Casa vía tamaña 10 ventimiglia

Wir haben uns im Haus und Garten mit Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Die letzten Kilometer sind gerade mit etwas größerem Auto sehr speziell, dadurch ist die Lage etwas weit entfernt vom Ort… Claudia war stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Dafür noch ein mal ein großes Dankeschön 🥰

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Selten haben wir eine so saubere Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Der Gartenbereich ist ein Traum. Eine wundervolle Aussicht lässt die Stunden am tollen Pool wie im nu vergehen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Erholung pur!

Tolle Unterkunft, exakt nach Beschreibung, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, mit netter und zuvorkommender Vermieterin (vielen Dank, Claudia, für die Zitronen, Salat, Gurken). Der Garten- und Poolbereich sind sehr groß und waren immer in Topzustand. Im Gesamten ist dies eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Tolle Auszeit mit eigenem Pool und tollen Blick

Vielen Dank an Claudia und Sefora für die liebevolle, aufmerksame Betreuung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage über den Dächern von Ventimiglia. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und sauber, der Balkon und der Blick sind spektakulär. Wir konnten auch einige schöne Stunden am Pool in dem gepflegten Garten genießen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Straße zum Haus teilweise sehr eng und auch sehr kurvig ist - typisch für Ligurien. Bitte unbedingt die Anreisebeschreibung der Gastgeber beachten, denn die Straße, die das Navi vorschlägt, gibt es nicht mehr! An die Straßenverhältnisse gewöhnt man sich aber. Die Ruhe und der wunderbare Blick entschädigen sofort und man kann auch Lebensmitteleinkäufe online tätigen oder Essen liefern lassen, falls man sich eine Fahrt sparen möchte. Wir konnten auch schöne Ausflüge nach Sanremo oder auch auf die französische Seite unternehmen, Menton, Eze, Monaco, Nizza oder auch Cannes liegen ganz in der Nähe. Der Kiesstrand in Ventimiglia mit der Promenade ist sauber und in der Innenstadt gibt es nette kleine Läden zum Einkaufen.

la propriété perchée sur la colline domine la mer. beaucoup de tranquillité avec des propriétaires adorables et vraiment discrets. vacances riches de découvertes avec de nombreux villages/villes à visiter : bordighera , dolce acqua, bussana vecchia, san remo.... et aussi à 10 min de la France avec Menton et Monaco....on ne peut pas s'ennuyer . petit bémol il n'y a pas de plage de sable.
