Golden Beach

Golden Beach is a lovely and bright two-bedroom apartment located just a few hundred metres from the popular Arenal beach in Jávea. With its south-facing orientation, the spacious balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, while offering guests the option to take refuge inside, in the cool air-conditioned rooms.



The apartment is located in a closed and secure complex with a large swimming pool, children's pool, extensive mature gardens, underground parking and lift. The property has its own private parking space for one vehicle and, next to it, a secure storage room, practical for beach equipment or for guests looking for a place to store their road bikes.



With its fantastic location, not far from the main beach, all necessary services are also within a short walk, with the nearest shops less than 100 metres away.

Advice JH: Golden Beach is located in the same complex as La Sirena and El Patio - Golden Beach. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Nice apartment, great location

Javea holidays were great to deal with. Helpful and quick to answer any queries. Flat location great as everything you need/want is within a 5 minute walk. The flat was great - was maybe let down by the quality of the kitchen utensils etc.

Nice and bright and calm location walking distance to beach El Arenal. Nice balcony facing south with early morning sun. Not really anything, all is as described and as presented on photos. What we liked less is the hardly existing noice insulation between the apartments.

This was our second time staying in this apartment. We really love the quiet location and the great pool area which the apartment overlooks. The accommodation is bright and airy and nicely finished. There's loads of storage space and it's really well equipped and spotlessly clean. We've stayed in a few places in javea and this is our favourite by far. Nothing

Bright south-facing apartment in a good location

Nice, bright apartment. Large south-facing terrace and beautiful views to the pool area and mountains. Good location close to Arenal, restaurants and also to Masymas supermarket. The bus to the old town runs right in front of the complex. Friendly and helpful staff in the office. The biggest problem is that you can hear all sounds between the apartments. Even a normal conversation, not to mention louder sounds (footsteps, knocks, etc.). Smaller things are the unusable sun lounger on the terrace, and the sofa in the living room, which is out of date. Some kind of coat rack in the hallway would be nice.

Lovely stay

We,d have a very good time in this appartment. You must realise it is a Spanish building so you can hear everything from your neighbours. If you don’t mind that you find a great appartment. Nearby the sea and the mass mas. Everything you need is there. The renting company is great. Friendly, when there is a question they react quick. We felt the springs off the matrass of the twinbed. This hurts. The couch must be replaced.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had a balcony that overlooked the garden and pool area. The furnishings were comfortable and the balcony was a great size. The aircon was quick and efficient for our needs and beds were comfy, with plenty of wardrobe space. The showers were powerful and hot if needed - just what you need after a day at the beach or pool! It was a very quiet development, about 6 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes from a local large supermarket. We felt safe and secure throughout the stay and was great for our little one who could roam the apartment freely. Non slip bath mats for the shower and bath would be great - trying to bath a little one slipping about was tricky!

Geweldig leuk appartement.

Wij verbleven januari/februari in dit gezellige appartement. Zeer schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Zonnig balkon, met uitzicht op een mooie tuin. Supermarkt om de hoek en 5 min lopen naar het Arenalstrand. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers bij Javea Holidays. Enige minpunt is dat de appartementen nogal gehorig zijn.

Excelente ubicaci&oacuten pero ruidoso seg&uacuten inquilinos

Buena ubicaci&oacuten cerca playa Arenal y Servicios Acorde a la descripci&oacuten terraza luminosa pero sin toldo por lo que hasta las 16 h en verano da el sol imposible estar en la terraza, cuando ves que los vecinos tienen toldo queda todo claro. Aires acondicionados son necesarios por tanto, pero son s&uacuteper ruidosos y no funciona el climatizador por lo que funcionan sin parar hasta alcanzar la temperatura. La nevera no cierra bien la puerta y generó hielo y no enfriaba. El ruido de los pasos de los vecinos de arriba es desmesurado si te tocan en la estancia ni&ntildeos que no paran es vivir con un terremoto. Por &uacuteltimo el ascensor se estropeó el segundo d&iacutea y era la bomba hidr&aacuteulica por lo que los 15 d&iacuteas sin ascensor, la agencia dice que es ajena a estas cosas que entiendo pero debe asegurar a sus clientes condiciones y servicios que contrata porque yo no lo he tenido en 15 d&iacuteas por lo que no repetir&iacutea de nuevo en ese sitio porque se sabe que ese bloque es todo de alquilados temporales y todo son problemas y que nadie se hace responsable.

Al igual que el año pasado nos gusta mucho todo , ubicación , confort, todo muy completo no te falta nada , muy lindo diseño Este año no pudimos dormir bien ya que el colchón se sentía todos los resortes y te levantabas con dolor de espalda , brazos , etc. sería bueno que para la próxima tenga uno nuevo

The view was very nice. The rooms were well decorated and on the balcony there was enough space. The WiFi was good. You can equip the kitchen with more cuttlery and crockery. When you are with 2 persons, you don’t want to use the dishwasher every day. Also we were very annoyed with the English lady with the dog next to our balcony. The dog was barking/yapping every morning before 8.00 o clock. When we made a remark she didn’t seem to care. The appartements are very noisy.
