The private urbanization consists of swimming pool, amacas, paddle court. Tennis court basketball court, soccer field 7 and private parking among other things. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, solarium, kitchen and two entrance doors to go or to the pool area or parking.

On the beachfront in a very quiet residential area and with the center of Marbella 5 minutes by car.
