The name and address sum up this bright apartment well. From its 7th floor, you have a commanding view over the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean, only a few minutes from Nice's most famous landmark building: Hotel Negresco. The furnished balcony has a table and seating for four.

Inside you’ll find the living room with a sofa bed for two and a dining table for four. A bedroom with a double bed is situated towards the calm inner yard. There is a bathroom with WC and a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped and suitable for cooking.

5-night stay

Overall a great location for our stay. A little tricky to find since there are two locations with the same address, but it worked out fine. Enjoyed the ability to open the doors at the balcony. Nice view of the ocean and seating area. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Perfect location!

Nice is such a fabulous “walking” city and the apartment is center to everything - the beach, old town, great markets, shopping…. Very sparse - bring your own towel!

Great view!

We enjoyed our 4 nights in this spacious apartment. It had a good sized balcony with a table & chairs and a couple of lounge chairs. It's on the 7th floor with a lift. We would ride up and walk down. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything necessary for comfortable living but I was surprised to find that there wasn't a microwave. This was not a deal breaker for us and we would definitely stay here again.

Location Extraordinaire!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and has a sea view! Walking distance from the train station and also the tram to get to and from the airport. We could also walk anywhere, from the wonderful coffee shop around the corner, to restaurants, shopping and the market for fresh produce and antiques. It is also very easy to get picked up for tours and day trips as it is right on the Promenade. Viveka was a delight, so easy to talk to, and always responded promptly. Loved our time in Nice, and will definitely stay here again when we return. Highly recommend.

Our France trip

The beautiful apartment overlooking the sea was spectacular. It was spacious,elegant,and well stocked.Sitting on the terrace having our cafe in am was so relaxing.I recommend for anyone going to Nice.

Wonderful Stay Despite the Weather

The flat was in an awesome location. Vivica was very friendly and answered all our questions. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in Nice with a View to the Mediterranean Sea

The location is perfect. Easy walk to all the places you want to see. I great coffee shop is conveniently at the base of the building. Viveka is the property manager and she is fantastic. We communicate with her frequently since the train was dealed a few times since we has to transfer a few times. The check-in and out was a breeze.

Well located pleasant property

Visiting friends in Nice. This property provided a convenient base. Well located with local shops and an easy walk to the okd town and port. Property had everything we needed and more.

Great Location

The location was wonderful! Great view and an easy walk to many places. Viveka was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. Check in was no problem. Viveka met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved it! Highly recommend!!

Great flat, Great location

This property was a great base for our visit to Nice. Loved being steps from the promenade and being able to walk just about everywhere from here! The view of the Med from the balcony is MUCH more impressive in reality than the photos. Be prepared for a tiny french elevator, but at least there is an elevator to get to the 7th floor!

Perfect central location to old Nice and the beach.

The property was clean and had all of the immenities needed. We enjoyed the view of the beach and the city from the balcony. It was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. There was good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water for both of us to shower. The promenade was directly across the street making it quick to navigate the area. Pro tip: the beautiful beach is mostly rocks, we recommend bringing good beach sandals.

Great location

Nice apartment in a very convenient location. Had all the amenities that we required. The balcony was perfect for morning breakfast and evening sunsets. Viveka, the property manager, was communicative and easy to work with.

The French River

Very nice apartment. Right across from beach on the nicest promenade in all of Europe. hundreds of restaurant close by. No air-conditioning except in bedroom. apartment gets very hot in summer. No cross breezes or ventilation. Only 2 bath towels for whole week. Had to empty AC water bucket 4 times. Had a problem with lights in living room. 2 didn't work and 1 had a busted off/on switch. .couldn't operate stove either. However we had a great time in Nice.
