This 25m² private room is a great pick if you’re looking for an affordable base while exploring East London. Surrounded by plenty of trendy cafes and notable attractions, it's exactly what you need for a pocket-friendly London experience.
The room is on the second floor, with both stairs and an elevator. Inside, you’ve got the basics — a kitchenette for making a cuppa, fresh towels, linens, and toiletries to get you started.
Right outside your door, Shoreditch is buzzing with food options — from cosy cafes and tasty restaurants to quick grab-and-go spots.
A few things to know: this is just a private room, so there’s no full kitchen or washing machine (but plenty of laundromats nearby). The building’s a bit old, so the plumbing has its quirks — nothing too wild, just part of the charm.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Within mere minutes of walking, you'll find yourself at renowned destinations like Brick Lane, Truman Building, and Old Spitalfields Market. Our top pick for a night out is Blues Kitchen, offering fantastic jazz and a delightful pint.
Only 3 minutes walk to Old Street Station connecting to other city destinations within minutes. For other destinations, it’s only 8 minutes by walking distance to get the Shoreditch High Street Overground station. There are also many buses nearby. Uber and Black Taxi services are available in London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
