Villa Erve is a welcoming one-story independent house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Erve you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Erve is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Andrano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Erve from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Erve you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch and by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a gazebo and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with characteristic stone tiles. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
