Villa Nivia is a welcoming two-story independent house in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Nivia you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Nivia is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Marina di Felloniche, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Nivia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Nivia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with tables, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a chair bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bottom LevelKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker and an electric oven. The kitchen has a roof window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window that opens into the corridor.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a small high window that opens into the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through a corridor.
