アクアマリンは素晴らしい海辺の別荘です。それを囲む豪華な庭園からは海のパノラマの景色が見られ、専用の木製の小道から直接アクセスできます（サンベッドのあるリラックスできるエリアがあります）。

ヴィラのスタイルは、木材の巧妙な使用と、モダンとクラシックの両方の船のような要素と形状の組み合わせにより、明確な海のアクセントを持っています。

内部では、メインリビングエリアは壮大な大きな画像ウィンドウを介して庭に接続されており、十分な量の光が広々とした設備の整ったキッチンに届きます。 メインリビングルームからは、3つのダブルベッドルームにもアクセスできます。2つは湾の景色を望み、3つはすべて専用バスルーム付きです。

ヴィラは、管理人がいる住宅内にあり、スタイリッシュなレストランがあります。

Wonderful

We had a very nice time in this house so close to the sea. The house was located in a silent area with trees, flowers, and the sound of birds. On the front side of the house is a garden from where you overlook the sea. There is a wide veranda in case the sun is too hot. Sicily has temples and churches to visit. We hope to come back.

Sea Side Delight

We visited with our family. My husband’s brother and wife. Our daughter and her husband. It was a 10 day stay. Marcello was a gracious and most helpful host. He showed us where to shop, eat and buy wine in Carini. He offered to guide us around Palermo. The property was beautiful. Lots of space for everyone. The view of the sea was breathtaking. The house is in a great location, easy walking to a gelatoria and a couple of beaches. We are already planning a return trip. Grazie Marcello for a perfect holiday.

Amazing sea views!

The sea view from this house is amazing! The house is just as the pictures show. The bathrooms are clean and modern, bedrooms great, and kitchen fully equipped. We cooked on the outdoor grill every night, and ate at the outside table to enjoy the sea view and breeze. The rooftop has amazing views! The neighborhood is very clean and safe. There is a gate that secures the neighborhood, we never felt unsafe. The owner is so kind and friendly! We had an issue that 2 of the bedroom AC units were broken when we arrived. The owner replaced the units with brand new ones, we were very impressed! So book now, the AC works amazing! Thank you Marcello for letting us stay at your fantastic home!

The villa is absolutely wonderful. It's located in a safe and secure neighborhood. The view of the sea is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed that view while having breakfast on the terrace. The owner, Marcello, is kind, cordial, and accommodating. The villa has everything that you need for a great stay. I highly recommend this villa, and I would definitely stay there again. Très belle maison emplacement idéal dans une marina privée calme et sécurisée.Maison tout confort bien équipée conforme a l'annonce et bonne literie.Des plateformes aménagées de trantats donnent sur l'eau.Attention cependant certains locaux ont leurs habitudes sur les emplacements des solariums et manifestent leur mécontentement si vous prenez leur emplacement. Il faut allez sur le deuxième !Marcello est très accueillant et chaleureux.Juste une petite observation pour les prochains locataires :il n'y a pas de produits de première consommation à notre arrivée : huile vinaigre sucre café sel et poivre. Mais rien de grave notre séjour a été excellent. Arrivederchi sicilia !

Traumhaus am Wasser mit unschöner Anfahrt

Das Haus hält alles was es verspricht und ist liebevoll vom Eigentümer ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass er das Objekt auch selber nutzt. Alles high end und ein absoluter Traum, auch der Garten und die Aussicht. Die Ausstattung läßt keinerlei Wünsche übrig. Der Besitzer ist zudem absolut nett, hilfsbereit, professionell und liebt sein Haus. Die gated community ist sicher. Der einzige Wermutstropfen (und da kann der Vermieter nichts zu) ist, dass man jedes mal auf dem Weg zum Haus durch vermüllte Strassen fahren muss. Vielleicht mag das für Süditalien normal sein, aber uns hat das in der Gegend und auch in Palermo Zentrum sehr gestört. Noch einmal: Das Haus ist ein mega Traum

Superbe villa!

Très belle villa avec vue magnifique. Sécuritaire et calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Par contre, à l’extérieur de la zone des villas, il y a des déchets partout dans les rues. Assurez-vous d’avoir une voiture pour vous déplacer.

Le beau côtoie l’immonde

Une maison tout confort, très propre et les pieds dans l’eau avec une vue magnifique. Seul point négatif, mais il ne concerne pas notre lieu de séjour, c’est l’inacceptable saleté du bord de mer. Des poubelles plein les rues, comme dans un pays sous développé. Une honte !

Villa impeccable avec vue imprenable

Une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes situées de l’autre côté de la baie. La maison a été rénovée avec soin et maintenue d’une grande propreté tout au long de notre séjour de 4 semaines. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant et soucieux de notre bien-être. Très généreux de son temps, il nous a bien conseillés pour les meilleurs commerces de proximité et nous a fait d’excellentes recommandations de restaurants de la grande région de Palerme. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation.

Amazing villa

Our family stayed for a week and had amazing time. Villa were clean and spaciuos with big terrass facing the sea and mountains, also huge one on top of the roof. Villa is equipped for confortable stay. Villa is located in private, safe, closed and quiet area of villas with several shared access to the sea with wooden terrases on the cliffs. The owner of the property Marchello was really helpfull and kind. We definetelly will come back and highly recomend this villa for holidays. Best regards from Lithuania, Kestutis

Merveilleux séjour

La villa est située dans une résidence privée et sécurisée 24/24h. La villa offre un accès direct à la mer via des plateformes aménagées, vous pouvez plonger directement dans une eau transparente au bout du jardin. La villa est très bien équipée, confortable et bien climatisée en cas de forte chaleur. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et en toute sécurité. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant qui saura tout vous expliquer dans les moindres détails pour faciliter votre séjour. L'accès depuis l'aéroport est très rapide (moins de 10 minutes) et l'accès à Palerme est très rapide également. A louer sans hésitation.
