In Mondello you can admire the sandy gulf with tropical colors that goes from Monte Pellegrino to Monte Gallo, with a coast of very fine white sand just over 1.5 km long, turquoise sea at loss of is the heavenly panorama that can be enjoyed from " Villa Nice Mondello ". Located a few steps from the square of Mondello, Villa Nice is 300 meters from the splendid sandy beach. Moreover, thanks to the nearby public transport, you can reach the center of Palermo in 15 minutes.

The villa is spread over two floors where it is possible to find on the ground floor a large living room, a kitchen and n. 2 bathrooms with shower, while on the first floor there are n. 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and n. 2 bathrooms; also on the second floor there is a terrace of 80 square meters used as a solarium from which you can enjoy the panorama of all Mondello.

Outside the villa there is a garden with a porch and a barbecue area.
