The villa has approximately 300 m² of floor space spread over two floors, with large terraces overlooking the sea; it is accessed via a private pedestrian road (35 metres)
Nestled in a pine forest, it is located on the Addaura seafront, on the northern coast of Sicily, a few kilometres from the centre of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria.
The sea, with a rocky coastline suitable for swimming, can be reached via an access gate located 70 metres from the villa on the other side of the road.

We were very pleased with the property! Everything was as stated and in very good condition. The views were spectacular! The hosts were very responsive and went beyond what we even asked in helping us out. We would definitely stay there again.
