The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Sole Di Vino - 2 (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
