Spacieuses, élégamment meublées, dispose d'une grande salle à manger avec salon avec télévision à écran plat, deux chambres spacieuses avec de belles fresques et plafonds voûtés. Lits ont des matelas de mousse de mémoire pour vous assurer le meilleur confort possible. De le canapé-lit dans le salon sont deux lits disponibles. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire victorienne et l'autre salle de bain a une douche. La cuisine a une machine à micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, presse-agrumes et expresso.
La rĂ©sidence est entourĂ©e d'un jardin, Ă©quipĂ©e avec table et chaises oĂč vous pourrez manger ou se dĂ©tendre Ă  l'ombre des arbres.

Il ya l'air conditionné, un parking privé, coffre-fort, wi-fi, fer, linge, sÚche-cheveux, articles de toilette, des vélos pour explorer les magnifiques environs de la campagne, comme la Réserve naturelle des marais de Fucecchio et les collines de Vinci.

Perfect Tuscany escape

The place was wonderful, the house is beautiful and well equipped. We stayed a week and explored the area as well as did some longer one day trips to Sienna, Florence and Chinqueterre. Giulio is a very good host, was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this property.

A grand apartment in Tuscany!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, ground floor apartment, of a grand Italian country house. From the moment you enter its cool interior, you are immersed in Italian history with the stunning ceiling paintings and artwork. The furniture is traditional and suits the style of the apartment. Beds are very comfortable with cool linens, and there are all the appliances and kitchen equipment you might need to enjoy your stay. There is parking outside the property and a small garden to enjoy cooler evenings. Giulio is an excellent host. He was there to greet us, and always available to help or advise without being intrusive. There are interesting places to visit from the location of the property and there are some excellent ideas and itineraries provided by the host for you to peruse. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Property

This is a very impressive property. We had a great stay at the location and give it our highest recommendation. We traveled as a family of four, and it was perfect for us. One room for us, and one for the children. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive. We were there visiting family throughout Tuscany and used it as a base because of its central location near Pistoia, Lucca, Firenze, and Pisa. If you end up staying here I highly recommend you give the Villa Giusti thermal pool and caves a try, as they are walking distance. We had an unforgettable experience there. Our highest recommendation.

Beautiful home in the heart of Tuscany

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful historic home. It's central to most Tuscan towns which we were able to reach by car. It's also walking distance from the beautiful Grotto Giusti thermal spa which we were able to enjoy, as well as an amazing traditional Tuscan restaurant. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, including providing us a trip to the local grocery store. We would absolutely stay there again.

Old Italy with a modern touch

The pictures are great but don't do it jusice. Old Italy with comfortable furnature (great beds), and very modern kithchen and bathrooms. All you need. Great location with short walk to restaurant/bar, Grotta Giusti baths, a must. Parking in front of the apartment. A close drive from visits and shopping. The owner is very friendly and helpful, a real help with information. We'll be back.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our host was available to answer any questions and left a detailed list of interesting things in the area to do and see, which we really appreciated. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We felt as if we were in a museum. The garden was lovely and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Restaurants were close by - walkable, but not super close, so we chose to drive. Parking was in front of the home. The location was great to visit several areas of Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return one day.

Wunderschöne historische Wohnung

Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen genossen; die Wohnung ist ein Traum, entspricht vollends den Bildern, sehr sauber und ist an heißen Tagen eine wirkliche Oase: schön kĂŒhl, die Klimaanlage haben wir dazu gar nicht gebraucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war wirklich sehr nett, Ă€ußerst aufmerksam, dabei unaufdringlich und man kann alles haben, was das Herz begehrt; einschließlich WĂ€schewechsel und bei Bedarf auch die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine. Alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze! Das WLAN ist okay, zum Surfen reicht es, zum Streamen eher nicht. Sehr schade war, dass die Salzgrotte im fusslĂ€ufig entfernten Spa geschlossen war, so dass wir da keine Erfahrungswerte haben. Ansonsten ist es fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung ein toller Standort, egal ob ans Meer, in die Chianti-Gebiete oder wer Großstadt mag: Florenz. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort gehen, ist abends allerdings mit Vorsicht zu genießen, da die Autofahrer nicht immer achtsam sind. Wir sind eher mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen: unsere schönsten Ziele waren dabei Lucca und die "Gelateria Desideri" in Montecatini. Vielen Dank Giulio, dass Du dein schönes Haus mit uns geteilt hast! Spacious and relaxing for day trips in Toscana

The apartment worked beautifully for our handful of days, which was our first visit in this part of Toscana. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the apartment feels clean and comfortable. Giulio is a responsive host, and he graciously allowed us to adjust our time of arrival so that we could have more flexibility and take our time while driving in Toscana. Even though our day trips did not allow us to relax in the outdoor areas, the garden is colorful and carefully maintained; plus, there is good, clean furniture that invites a nice afternoon. Particularly during this year of the pandemic, we organized our trip to travel to places where we could walk outdoors, enjoy the architecture, and dine in smaller bars and osterie. The drive to San Gimignano is easy and scenic. In the other direction, we would love to return to the lively streets and bars of Lucca, which is an easy trip for even a long afternoon. (Another review states that “[t]he villa was the perfect spot to take our day trips to all parts of Tuscany and Umbria.” While the hill towns of Toscana make for a nice day’s drive, we believe that the apartment is a bit too far from Umbria for a back-and-forth day trip.) The only inconvenience during our days was the WiFi service, which twice failed. Each time, the WiFi resumed pretty quickly. Overall, we hope that Giulio continues to make the apartment available because, if we can, we would look forward to plan another visit.

Outstanding in every way

My family and I recently spent a week renting this absolutely beautiful home in Monsummano Terme, Tuscany, Italy. The rooms are all large, the kitchen is very adequately equipped, the home was spotless. Our hosts Rita and her son, Giulio were the perfect host. They were available when we arrived and were very hospitable in every way. The decor of this home is stunning. The A/C in the master bedroom and main hall of the home kept us comfortable cool in the evenings when we were at home. The home is very conveniently located to many beautiful Tuscan Villages. We visited Monsummano Alto, Montecatini Alto, Montecatini Terme, Collodi, Vinci, San Miniato, Montecarlo, and Lido di Camaiore. Monsummano Terme is a beautiful town and has all of the amenities a traveling family needs. We walked into the town piazza each night for gelato. Also there are many grocery stores nearby where you can purchase foods to prepare in the house. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is. We enjoyed our visit immensely. La propriĂ©tĂ© est sublime on baigne dans le style Italien. Les plafonds historiques sont un rĂ©gal pour les yeux et pour s'endormir. Le lieu de vie est trĂšs fonctionnel et on s'y adapte en 24h. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation malgrĂ© les 38/40° quotidien. C'est normalles murs de la maison sont Ă©pais. Dans le trio de tĂȘte de mes vacances depuis 20 ans. Merci Ă  Rita et Giulio pour leur accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs vacanciers. Monsummano n'a rien Ă  enviĂ© Ă  Montecatini si l'on veut rĂ©ellement s'immerger dans la vie Italienne. La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e pour visiter les lieux connus touristiques mais aussi pour profiter de la grotta Giusti et de son Spa J'y retournerai en FĂ©vrier 2020 pour sĂ»r.

Wonderful Experience in Tuscany

5+ Stars !! This is an outstanding property, and our Hosts Guillio and Mama Rita went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If you are looking for a beautiful villa in the heart of Tuscany, this is it. Monsummano Terme is a charming Tuscan town, with excellent restaurants close by, and coffee/bar across the street from the villa. We stayed for 8 nights, and didn’t want to leave. Perfect verblijf!

Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door Giulio en zijn moeder. Het appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het was ruim, goed ingericht en super schoon. Giulio gaf ons direct een adres van een heerlijk restaurant in de buurt. Alhoewel het heel warm was is het appartement heerlijk koel en is er een schaduwrijke tuin. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

We stayed here in June this year for 18 days and as soon as we arrived Giulio was there to greet us. He made us feel very welcome and showed us around the apartment and garden while explaining how everything worked. The apartment was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. He was always available if we needed help and he was very knowledgeable about places to visit and left us a list of the places he recommended, which were numerous. The air conditioning kept us very cool in extremely hot weather, which was very welcome. We were very close to the town which was charming and has a lot of history and there is a pizzeria within walking distance of the apartment. There were 2 very good supermarkets within a few kilometres (Co-op) both in Monsummano and, Montacatini, which is the next town and very close. The owners of the house looked after us very well and gave us lots of good advice. When we got back each day after our visits out, it was really nice to come back to a lovely cool house (the walls are extremely thick and keep out the sun's rays) and it felt like coming home. We would sit in the garden with a cool glass of wine and relax in the peace and quiet and marvel about what we had seen that day. There was everything that you would need in the apartment for a wonderful holiday. It was close to all the major tourist attractions, Sienna, Pisa, Florence and Lucca and the seaside resorts were in easy reach by car. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely go back without hesitation. Thank you Giulio and your wonderful family!

Very nice house and a very friendly owner

We stayed one week in this beautiful house. We liked it very much and we would recommend it to everybody. The location of the house is very good. Als the places that you need to visit are really close. The grotta giusti is in a walking distance from the house. The owner also gave us a discount voucher that we used for the swimming pool and for the grotta. If you will stay here I would recommend to come with the car so you could also visit montecatini Terme the distance to the Terme is 5km. 300 meters from the house is also a very nice Italian restaurant. When you ask the owner he will tell you how it’s called. We also had one problem with the toll roads the owner was very helpful and he came with us to fix this problem at the office. The house has everything you need to have a pleasent stay. We will come back in the future.

Mehr Italien-Flair bei sehr sympathischen, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern geht nicht!

Wir haben 10 erlebnisreiche Tage in der schönen, geschmackvollen Wohnung von Giulio und seiner Mutter verlebt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Liebevoll zusammengestellte Deko-StĂŒcke machen die Wohnung gemĂŒtlich. Die Betten gewĂ€hren einen erholsamen Schlaf, dazu herrscht eine himmlische Nachtruhe. Besser kann man nicht Urlaub machen! Giulio und seine Mutter sind sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Zu unserer Überraschung gewĂ€hren sie schon fast Hotelservice (WĂ€schewechsel usw.). Das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Sie sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hießen uns mit Wein, Keksen und anderen GetrĂ€nken willkommen! Trotz Sprachprobleme (wir können kein italienisch und unser Englisch ist auch nicht besonders), klappte alles super. Wir wĂŒnschen Giulio und seiner Mutter nur angenehme, ehrliche GĂ€ste, die diese kleine Kostbarkeit zu schĂ€tzen wissen. Sollten wir nicht wiederkommen, dann liegt es nur an unserem fortgeschrittenen Alter (77 + 70 Jahre) und die lange Anreise mit dem Auto (1400 km). Herzlichen Dank an Euch beide, Gerd und Brigitte

The property was immaculate. Everything we were hoping for.

We want to thank our kind and so very helpful host Giulio and his mother Rita. They made our 3 week stay at the villa worry free. The villa was the perfect spot to take our day trips to all parts of Tuscany and Umbria. We were able to come back to the villa and rest for another day of adventure. Italian life and the people we met were awesome. The villa was spotless and had all that was needed to make our stay exciting, joyful, and restful.
