Superbly appointed overlooking the shore of Kavarna, stands a residential / holiday complex 'Glarus', with its own private pool, security and free parking. With its magnificent views of the sea and Karvarna Bay, I am proud to present the " Avalon Apartment ".
A large 75 sqm self catering privately owned apartment, stylishly and considerately prepared for your comfort , enjoyment and relaxation. Consisting of one King size bedroom with direct view across your private balcony of the sea. A WC/Shower room leads off the main hall way which has plenty of room for luggage and beach items. Then into your fully fitted and equipped kitchen diner with breakfast bar you have a comfortable living room with pool and sea views.
The four seat sofa can double into a bed and another folding bed is provided, so the Avalon can comfortably sleep 5, if you so wish. Avalon has its own sun lounger on the balcony and seating for you to enjoy that glass of wine, while watching the sun set over the Kavarna Rock. The Apartment is only 8 mins walk down hill to the sandy beach, bars and quality restaurants and tourist in formation on many local events and walks and sights. Bolata beach voted by the 'Times' as "One of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the world" is only 12k from Avalon.

The beautiful town of Kavarna is situated on a rocky plateau over the seashore of Dobroudzha and is connected with the sea through a forest fault romantically named the Valley of the Yellow Hammers. There are many sights to be seen, a good fishing base including the Mussel Farms and the unique fresh mineral springs, the beautiful bays, the calm crystal sea and the fabulous beaches that spread the sandy strip.
Kavarna is also known as the new Bulgarian Mecca of the rock music as more than 20 world-famous rock bands have already played here. Nazareth, Deep Purple, Scorpions as well as Manowar, Whitesnake, Ronnie James Dio, Motorhead, Lube, Twisted Sisters, Super Max, Billy Idol and Fillip Kirkorov are only a few of them.
There is a yacht port nearby as well as several golf courses including the one designed by the Gary Player- Only 10 mins drive from the apartment .
Another place not to be missed is the beautiful cape of Kaliakra which cuts into the sea with a two-kilometre long wedge and closes a huge horseshoe-shaped bay. The "Kaliakra" Natural Reserve was announced in 1960 and it currently has an area of 687.5 dca with wild steppes and impressive coastal Red Cliffs, some up to 70 m high. Flora numbers over 400 species. 47 of them are rare and threatened with extinction.
Kaliakra is among the few places in Europe where the Rose-coloured starling, Black Wheatear, Stone Curlew, Isabelline Wheatear, Shag and the Alpine Swift all nest.
The Municipality Center of Kavarna is 2 kms away for all your necessary conveniences. The Botanical Gardens and Queen Marie Palace in Balchik is 27 mins drive, Whilst Golden Sands Is 39 Klms and Varna Airport is less than 60 mins from the Apartment
Apartment Avalon is accessible for active wheelchair users and is level with one of the free car parks! . Please ask any question throughout your stay
