Beautiful apartment in the center of Aviles

Elegant apartment in the center of Aviles (in front of ZARA), newly renovated on a whim to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has two rooms with beds of 150cm X 200cm and one of them has a private bathroom, living room-kitchen and a second bathroom.
Very good communication with the main exits to Gijon and Oviedo by car at 25km both destinations, salinas beach at 4km, bus station and renfe at 5 min walk. Old town of Aviles 1min walking like Sabugo, La Ferreria, Galiana, Rivero ..... Niemeyer Center.

Carlos was a great host always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in and out was seamless, the apartment was bigger than expected and located in close proximity to numerous cafes, shopping and a grocery store. Would definitely rent this apartment again in the future.

Aviles a place where memories are made.

From the moment I contacted the owner until the last day of our stay, he was super helpful, professional and friendly. The owner gave me invaluable tips about the region, places to visit, and where to shop and park in the city. The apartment was cheerful, tastefully decorated with a well appointed snd provisioned kitchen.with a dish washer and one for clothes too. The owner thoughtfully made sure there were plenty of cleaning products, detergents etc. The living area was a welcome place of rest after a long day of sight seeing. We gathered there for a glass of wine and to watch the news. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space for clothes we packed and some new ones that we bought in the wonderful shops in Aviles. There were 2 large bathrooms with towel warming racks. I contacted the owner frequently during our stay, and he always answered me right away! Lastly, I should mention the excellent location… we could walk into the center of town in 7 minutes where we could enjoy the old historical part of the city and the fabulous restaurants at great prices. What food! We will be dreaming about Pimientos Padrón and Jamón Ibérico for the next year. We hope to return next year, and I would definitely stay again in the same great apartment in Aviles.

Piso en muy buenas condiciones. Estaba tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos del ayuntamiento. Dueños muy amables y atentos, que nos recomendaron sitios muy buenos para comer. Repetiremos!
