Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Cove Colony. We have been going to New Smyrna for years and have stayed at various places and this one was by far the best kept. The grounds are immaculate and the condo was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. Would definitely go back.

A week stay in New Smyrna Beach

Family of 4 plus a friend stayed for the week. A nice property on the drive-less beach in the south side of Smyrna. Property was very well maintained and the condo was redone and comfortable. Would recommend the stay in 241. AV

Lovely quiet property with views and direct access to beach. The condo is newly renovated to high standard and has everything you need. Very modern and clean. This is on the no drive section of the beach which is what we preferred. You will not be disappointed staying at this property. Very quiet, had pool to ourselves most of the time. Very close to restaurants and shops on Flager and downtown.

Beautiful location, great condo

This condo has been beautifully updated. The complex is immaculate — gorgeous pool area. We really enjoyed our time here. The only drawback is no washer dryer in unit — coin laundry on site in the complex. There is a nice Publix grocery store, as well as some nice restaurants, very close. The beach is narrow right in front of the complex, but, if you go 30 steps down, it opens up to a nice wide beach. I’d recommend this unit!

NSB is beautiful!

Good communication and the check-in process was easy. We appreciated the texts with check-in and check-out processes. We ended up arriving a little earlier than our check-in time and they accommodated our earlier arrival. The condo was clean and well-stocked. Nice beach. This section of beach was no drive which was a selling point for us. The pool wasn’t heated as described. Great location, many restaurants to choose from, and the fishing was good. We will be going back to NSB!

Great Spot

We enjoyed the space of the condo and the ease of communicating with the property managers. The heated pool and proximity to the beach were the icing on the cake. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

One small problem.A drawer in the kitchen had the front missing resulting in some sharp staples showing. This was already an issue when we arrived. The drawer front is on top of the fridge.

Adequate Getaway

We booked this at the last minute since our accommodations in Daytona fell through. I’m not sure what exactly is available in New Smyrna Beach. It was a nice enough resort with a quiet and beautiful beach. The unit itself could have been cleaner (dirty floors, sticky handles, stained comforters...). The check in lock code was incorrect and it took awhile to get the code figured out. There was also inaccurate information on the documents (lock box, keys, laundry....). There were lots of ‘rules’ and I had to do laundry on my last night to make sure that we weren’t charged $20 for the old beach towels that we used. All in all, it was ‘okay’.

Great View and Great Time!

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at this well decorated and beautifully located condo. The view from the living room and balcony were fantastic! The beach is a very short walk and very nice. You're also a short car ride from just about any kind of restaurant or store you may need. Everyone we met was super nice and helpful! The only issue we had was with the laundry room where the door has a time lock and the hours are only posted inside the laundry room and not on the door or in the check-in information. The hours on the sign say 8 am to 8 pm but the door automatically unlocked at 7 am. This information may be helpful to add to your check information. Other than that this was one of the best vacations we have had and you can't beat the location. LOVE IT!

We had a great trip down to Colony by the Sea. Beautiful grounds, comfortable and updated condo with nice views of the pool and ocean. We would certainly recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax!

Beautiful condo! We had a great time!

Everything was newly decorated, fresh, and very clean. I found the king bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the second bedroom but it was spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and much more. If you can think of it, it was probably there. There was a lot of cleaning supplies as well as extra toiletry items that I wasn’t expecting. The distance to the beach was perfect and we had a nice view from our balcony. It is a very quiet complex. The only thing I would change is to add information on how to find the laundry area. It is not marked, and it is only accessible during certain hours. I had to wander around looking for it. I would also recommend taking a horseback ride on the beach with equestrian adventures. We had a wonderful time!

We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit is very clean and in good working order. The décor has a beach theme and is very attractive. Parking is free, and covered, protecting the car from the hot sun. Parking is right at the steps to the unit. The view is fantastic, and the beach is very close. Grounds are well kept. It has a large furnished balcony with a view of the ocean. New Smyrna Beach is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying there again.

LOVED our stays at Colony Beach Club!!! Excellent accommodations!

I've got to say we absolutely LOVED our stays in this unit at the Colony Beach Club. We've stayed in this unit on multiple occasions...And there will be many more to come! The unit is in EXCELLENT condition and is very well maintained. Clean, bright and very relaxing to say the least. You have a great view of the courtyard, pool and the beach from the balcony. Of course the beach is the main reason for our stay and due to the fact this unit is located on the "No Drive" section of New Smyrna Beach...It makes our time on the beach so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Another plus of the unit is the COVERED reserved parking spot which is located right in front of the private stairs that leads up to the unit. Makes it easy to get in and out of, as well as keeps our vehicle in the shade and covered all day long. The unit is also conveniently located to ALL of NSB's great dining establishments...And also very close to the local grocery story which does come in handy too! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a super relaxing and enjoyable stay in this unit...I guarantee you will be glad you did...And will plan on many more returns in the future!!

AWESOME! CLEAN! QUIET! COMFY! RELAXING!

My family has stayed at this property many times over the years and we keep going back, and back, and back! It is a wonderful property that is very convenient to the beach, not to mention restaurants and shopping. Property is clean and well maintained, and everything works! I recommend this property HIGHLY! You won't be disappointed! The pool is a nice break to still be outside if you want to give the beach a break.
