Hi Stella, we thank you for your feedback. It’s been a pleasure to host your large family group . So far, you have been the only guest that used the downstairs kitchen, the others never did and only used it the one upstairs . We are sorry you didn’t mentioned the cactus plant in the corner, we could have definitely changed place immediately within minutes, as it is in a vase . Nobody had complained about it and we would have appreciated if you had told us. I sincerely hope it didn’t hurt the children. We always ask our clients to communicate us any needs, it’s always our first priority to help to our guests to have a enjoyable holiday. Thank you again for your stay! We are very surprised and sorry when our clients seems to be very satisfied but at the end seems they are not completely . Lucky this is very rare 1) we confirm that arrived a lot of wasps ( not bees ) during the day for two days and the gardener manage to find the way to move them . We have A lot of flowers and there is summer time… 2) unfortunately the water started to became little transparent green and my husband added the quantity of salt . This is cause by the hot weather . The water returned to be totally transparent . Our clients swim normally . The system is salty water so is little bit more delicate but much more healthy for the skin. 3) we hosted 9 persons that accomodate in the 4 rooms on second floor and never asked to stay also in the rooms in the ground floor. Never mentioned but we confirm that the apartment was totally empty nobody was inside we do not understand why they can think somebody was there . This is totally untrue and we are sorry for this big misunderstanding. We sell what is in the description exclusive use inside and outside and this is a big misunderstanding that surprise us very much . We want to be very very precise on this point . In order to avoid any misunderstanding even small we appreciate very much if our clients simply communicate with us during their stay.,they have our mobile or even we are there in 5 minutes and are very happy to meet their needs .
