Typical country house surrounded by greenery with a 20,000 m² garden just over 2 hectares of land surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees, citrus fruits and many Mediterranean scrub plants, a few km from the beaches of Porto Palo and Lido for 18 consecutive years by the FEE (Foundation of Environmental Education) with the recognition of the Blue Flag for the quality of water and services, and for 4 years with the Green Flag (beaches suitable for children).
The house on the ground floor consists of a large built-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed (possibility of adding 2 more beds), a bathroom with shower, and a veranda of about 100 square meters where you can admire the African Sea and above all the splendid landscape of Menfishire.
There is also a lovely mezzanine all in wood where there is another very large double bedroom of about 30 square meters.
The house can accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of adding 2 more.

Access for guests
Guests will have access to a 3-hectare garden consisting of centuries-old citrus groves and many Mediterranean plants, but also to the free beaches of Porto Palo, Fiori, Bertolino, a few kilometers away from the house.

House expenses; Electricity, water, gas and cleaning are all included in the final price.
The tourist tax is extra € 2 per person to be paid locally.
Linen and sheets can be requested and are extra € 10 per person to be paid locally.
