Seagulls: sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Free two-hour on-street parking outside the front of the apartment for unloading. All day parking permits at £2 per day are available from the owner on arrival. Additional free parking at the bottom of the garden.

CDs, vinyl records, tapes of various of genres are also supplied, coal effect gas fire, dining table for 8, and french doors leading to the balcony with sea views
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer

Bathroom with WC, single washbasin and bath with handheld shower
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) in Super king bed (twin beds available on request) with bedside tables, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and Bluetooth speaker.

Great property and location right by the beach

Fantastic property right by the sea and Joanna is such a warm and welcoming host. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful place for a Kent seaside holiday

Seagulls was the perfect place for our family holiday in Folkstone. It was beautifully equipped, clean, bright and airy with wonderful views of the sea. All the rooms were perfect, the kitchen was great and the location was wonderful. We want to return!

Seagulls - a new favourite

We have just had a short weekend break at the Seagulls. The apartment is on the top two floors of an imposing seafront house and has wonderful light and views. Each room is nicely decorated and has large comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped, including a bottle of welcome wine in the fridge. We will be going back next summer to enjoy more light and hopefully some sunshine.

Wonderful stay

We were blown away by the views in the house, everywhere you look it feels as if you’re enveloped in water. That alone was special enough to make our stay. The double bedrooms are spacious and clean, same for the bathrooms and living space. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all we had a lovely time together discovering the Kent coast as well as laying low in the flat. The terrace was much appreciated. Only downside is 10am is quite early to check out, but for the joy we had staying there it doesn’t matter much. Would come again!

Vom Urlaub waren wir restlos alle zufrieden und begeistert. Lediglich die Abwicklung über Fe-Wo war nervenraubend. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar alle freundlich hilfsbereit und kümmerten sich um unsere Anliegen, jedoch der Internet-auftritt und das Weiterleiten zu der Agentur in England ließ viele Wünsche offen. So war eine direkte Verlinkung mit Fe-wo zuerst nicht zu erkennen und wir waren tagelang unsicher, ob wir nicht auf eine Fake-Seite weitergeleitet wurden. Als dann noch die Restzahlung nur über eine weitere Seite möglich war und ich mit insgesamt 3!!! Vormerkungen für jeweils über 3000,-€ bei meiner Kreditgesellschaft registriert wurde, waren meine Zweifel sehr groß. Letztendlich hat alles funktioniert- doch Fe-Wo hält sich sehr zurück und eine Buchung ist erst mal nicht erkennbar gewesen. Ich hoffe, dass sie sich dieses Problems annehmen werden. Relaxing stay

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views from lounge and 3 of the bedrooms. Very clean and owner very welcoming. A couple of niggles, there was not enough comfy seating in the lounge for the 6 of us, and the showers were not powerful enough and hard to get a good temperature either scalding or freezing which meant we mainly used the bathroom on the first floor. But would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is very spacious on two floors, the 3 main bedrooms are large with wonderful views over the Channel. The kitchen is small but is very well equipped. The living room with balcony is fantastic again with fabulous views. The weather was great for September and sitting out in the evenings star gazing was a real treat. Joanna and Jerry, the owners, were extremely helpful and friendly. Seagulls is a real gem, we will be back.

Can’t beat the view!

The view is what Seagulls is all about, it really is breathtaking especially on a clear sunny day, but also beautiful and interesting on a cloudy or stormy day. The apartment is also beautiful and lots of lovely touches, comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. My only slight negative would be the furniture in the living area is not comfortable at all for longer than a few minutes as it’s just conservatory or garden furniture from what we could tell. And we needed a travel cot and were supplied with a tiny one that was more a crib size for small babies. Luckily my mum lives down the road so we just dismantled her cot and rebuilt as the first night our 20 month old couldn’t get comfy at all. Some toiletries in the bathrooms would be a nice touch too. Just a couple of details that when you are paying top dollar you would expect. But we still had a fabulous time and would recommend the apartment to others (bear in mind if you have small children there are lots of stairs and so you will be on constant alert, we knew this before booking so not a criticism but just a warning for others who would rather not chase their toddler around!).
