Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious living and dining area, tastefully furnished in a comfortable and modern style, featuring a dining table and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. The sleeping quarters comprise 2 double bedrooms, each served by its own private bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, and each offering direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 double sofabed and benefits from its own bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a private exit to the veranda. A separate WC is also available for additional convenience. The property further features a roofed terrace and a large open terrace, both accessible from the interior living spaces, as well as a roof terrace reachable via an external staircase.
