- a two-storey street-side unit (“Ponente”)
- a small but carefully maintained green courtyard
- a fully equipped independent annex (“Levante”) with its own kitchen, bedroom, living room, and separate street entrance

On the ground floor:

On the upper floor:

- two bedrooms
- full bathroom
- small terrace overlooking the courtyard and the nearby hills

LEVANTE (INDEPENDENT ANNEX)

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Payable in cash upon arrival, as required by the City of Viareggio.

HEATING COSTS (NOT INCLUDED)

Charged based on actual consumption at €0.39 per m³.
Payable in cash at departure.

PETS
Pets are welcome upon prior notice.
A fee of €30 per pet applies, payable in cash upon arrival.

PARKING
A municipal parking permit is required.
Cost: €20 per week or €7 per day.
