Charming small masseria with pool near the sea

Ancient, renovated masseria (fortified farm) with a private pool by the sea (that is 2,3 km away from San Gregorio - Santa Maria di Leuca), immersed in 4000 sq.mt. property with olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation and is constituted by a main house (old restored farmhouse) and an annex (new house) placed just 30 m from the main house. The setting gives a peculiar rural atmosphere, enriched by few but accurately selected pieces of furniture, which render the interiors charming, comfortable yet simple. The restoration works were oriented to preserve and enhance at best the original architectonic characteristics, such as the star-vaulted and barrel-vaulted ceilings, so dictating the use of the space; the indeed, one of the two bedrooms of the main house has been kept smaller (around 10 sq.mt.) for this reason.

The main house features a vast and bright living room, which leads to all rooms, furnished with sofas and armchairs; it extends in one single open space into the kitchen&dining area, where there is a table for 6 (modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, microwave, electric oven); 2 double bedrooms (one of which small); 1 bathroom with shower and access from the living room; outside shower with hot water, a large courtyard with sea view, adjacent to the kitchen; furnished pergola with sea-view.

The annex instead consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 small living room and 1 bathroom with shower, served by a small hallway which also acts as an entrance to the two rooms.

Outside, in addition to the large and beautiful courtyard with sea view, delimited by high dry stone walls, there is a pergola with a sea view overlooking the countryside, equipped with a dining table for 10 seats and finally, detached from the house, there is the swimming pool area with a small solarium area and pergola.

The weekly prices include electricity, water and gas utility charges, and bed and bathroom linen. Final cleaning fee to be set aside and paid upon arrival, € 200,00. Housekeeping service available upon request and at extra costs of € 10,00 per hour. Pool opened from June to September. Deposit € 500,00.

Please know that, as provided by the law, a € 1,00 tourist tax is due per person per day up to 10 consecutive days, from July 01st to August 31st. Exempt: children under 18 y.o. in familiesx with 3+ children, staying all in the same property.
