We had such a great time staying here! We had our two girls (ages 5 and 6) and my parents. The two primary suites were great for the pairs of adults. The water in the harbor was honestly fantastic for our kids ages — it is shallow and calm and when the tide is out, great for finding all sorts of shells and rocks. The deck was a great place to unwind and the kids loved making smores there at night. Jim is a great host and so communicative and helpful!

Five Stars Across the Board – An Unforgettable Coastal Escape! Our stay at this property was absolute perfection from start to finish. The home itself is fabulous, bathed in natural light, thoughtfully appointed with every comfort, and even includes incredible extras like a private gym. The layout is brilliant—literally every single room, including the bathrooms, features gorgeous, frame-worthy ocean views. The location couldn't be better. Stepping directly onto the soft, sandy beach made every day effortless, and the evening sunsets right over the water were nothing short of breathtaking. What truly elevates this home, though, are the hosts. Jim and Julia are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Communication was seamless from booking to checkout, and we felt fully supported throughout our entire stay. We were treated with a handwritten welcome note, wine, and all the makings for s'mores by the fire!We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

A wonderful spring vacation

The house was recently renovated and has beautiful views of the ocean. We watched the gorgeous sunset every night. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The owner was very hospitable and considerate. The location is close to Woods Hole and Martha’s Vineyard. All of us loved our stay and would love to go back someday.

Relaxing Get-A-Way

The home far exceeded our expectations and provided so many amenities to be enjoyed. Mornings and evenings on the deck highlighted our days. Plus, the quieter waves in the inlet allowed us stress free swimming with our grandchildren. The hosts were super communicative and helpful and the neighbors were welcoming. Lovely home for a family holiday!

Perfectly appointed home filled with every amenity you can imagine - starting with the stunning view! We biked, kayaked, played tennis and lawn games all from the front or back door. Excellent family getaway ! Jim and Julia were the perfect hosts answering any of our questions and providing “locals” insight. Cannot say enough about their hospitality!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous this home and the hosts are. We booked for a 50th birthday celebration/girls trip and Jim was the best host I've ever had at a VRBO. Perfect place to enjoy Cape Cod

Rain or shine, this house is the perfect place to have a fun family getaway in the best part of Falmouth. Jim and Julia are awesome hosts. The house was meticulously kept with brand-new beautiful kitchen. We had so much fun relaxing around the house, enjoying the view, exercising, kayaking, walking along the beach, etc. The house manual was super helpful. The restaurants mentioned were all pretty amazing. We also had fun strolling down the Falmouth town center, which was only a short drive away. We all loved our stay!

Fabulous House!

We have been renting at the Cape for 40+ years and this is without a doubt one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! The house was immaculate, with attention paid to every detail. The water view was lovely with a walkable beach and lots of wildlife to add to the experience. Jim was a very attentive host, providing lots of info on how the house worked. Fantastic Family Vacation

My family and I had an incredible time at Jim and Julia's place. The house is located in a gated community with tennis courts and a private beach. The house is newly renovated, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. We had lovely dinners on the house deck while enjoying the sunset. Jim and Julia's house has everything you need from kitchen utensils, to a hot tub and water sport equipment, it is extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable and the hosts are always reachable if you have a question. During our staying at the house we made some great memories that will treasure until our next visit.

Incredible Stay & Wonderful Hosts

This was by far the best property we’ve stayed in to-date! With two toddlers and 5 adults the house and amenities were everything we could ask for, and the location is top-notch. We spent all our days at the beach and enjoyed quality family time in the perfect beachfront setting. Jim and Julia are tremendous hosts; Not only did they provide such welcoming instructions and stay communications, but they equipped the house with baby gear and a wonderful wooden train set for my toddler which kept him happy and busy for hours. I can’t say enough good things about this rental, and am planning to rebook next year! 5 stars all around.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Dreamhome!

My family and I spent 4 days 3 nights at this beautiful home in N. Falmouth. The view from the deck is so incredibly beautiful most of us never left it all day. A path right from the rear yard leads you straight to the most beautiful beach and kayak launch. The owners have 2 kayaks for your use, and the bay is so peaceful and quiet it's incredible. The water was still warm in September and ocean was clear. There was so much open space in the house, so many bathrooms, so many big screen TV's for the Sunday football sports fans.... We can't wait to go back next fall.

Jim and Julia could not have been nicer. The home is spectacular, as stated. It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful, relaxing, luxurious week with our adult kids and their partners, but it would be great for younger kids too. The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking needs we wanted. The deck is spectacular, hot tub, steps to beach. tons of games, instruments, kayaks, bikes, and the instructions gave us tons to do. We did a day trip further into the Cape and Provincetown, and a day on the rail trial bike path from Falmouth to Woods Hole, and it would have been an easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard, but mostly we had hardly any reason to want to leave the house. It did not feel like a rental property, but a like friend's lovely home. Beautifully appointed. Would happily return.

Amazing Vacation Spot

This is an amazing place to be for a week at the beach. Gorgeous house, incredible deck, with the soft sand of Buzzards Bay just steps away. I first stayed here eight years ago and thought I had found paradise, and found it here again last week - but with an all-new renovated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, a new hardwood deck with sunset-facing hot tub - I just cannot say enough about how incredible this property is for a family vacation. The owners are wonderful, engaged, and responsive, and go to great lengths to ensure a positive experience for their guests. The house is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation: from the basics like linens and towels to the extras like kayaks, paddle board, corn hole and CamJam, a Sonos whole house sound system, several HDTVs, fast Wifi, board games, guitars, Steinway Grand Piano - I could go on and on. Our family (2 kids, their spouses and 4 grandchildren) take an annual Fall Break trip. This was our first trip to the area. We could not have had a more wonderful trip. The house is tasteful and comfortable with special touches throughout. The downstairs was a perfect play space for the kids. The porch, yard and beach were ideal. We explored, enjoyed sunsets, and roasted s'mores. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The host was very responsive and attentive. He could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We used Jim’s beautiful home for a multi generational reunion. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was for us! The house was immaculate and afforded us great opportunity to enjoy each other’s company while basking in the views and incredible sunsets! The beach was absolutely perfect for our grandchildren and felt very safe. The back deck has incredible views and was a great place to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and well equipped and large enough for great visiting while we prepared meals. My wife particularly loved the piano room and enjoyed playing for all of us on their exceptional piano. Amazing Family Vacation

This was the best experience we have had renting a property. The host was super informative, communicative, and helpful from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, clean and had tons of space for our family of 10. Loved the special touch of fresh flowers placed throughout. The home was supplied with about everything you would need, from spices to laundry detergent. There were so many things provided to entertain, that we weren’t able get through them all. Had a great time exploring on the kayaks and trying out the paddle board. My niece absolutely loved the piano. She taught herself a few songs to play that we all enjoyed listening to throughout the trip. We loved the place so much we have already asked to book again for a future date!
