This house was the essential "right on the beach" getaway! We had our sons and their families join us for a wedding weekend and there was ample space for everyone. The balcony and decks were awesome, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true beach getaway, and George, the owner, was extremely responsive and accommodating.

This property is AMAZING!! Not only are the views incredible, but the house itself was perfect for our family getaway (two couples, two toddlers, and two more adults). The house is so well stocked, and George was a very communicative host! We hope to be back next year!

This was one of our best trips. We frequent the larger homes. It was all that is said in the listing. Such a good space. It was so clean. Kitchen had ample cooking utensils/ dishes. Bedrooms were so clean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This beach house was the perfect place for our family to have a vacation together. The house is clean, comfortable and has all that you need to sit back relax, play games and watch the sunrise or sunset. The host responds quickly. We would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time at this property and really enjoyed our stay. George is extremely responsive and was a pleasure to correspond with. There was a small issue with the lights on the top floor, as the breaker kept tripping, but it was a known issue to George and he has electrician’s working on it. Didn’t take away from our experience at all. It was our first extended stay in Sandwich and it was a lovely town.

The host was fantastic – great communication throughout the trip. The property was just as advertised and we had an awesome stay. It is somewhat hard to get to and there’s not much around, but well worth the drive once you’re there.

This gorgeous house is almost too good to be true! ......location is incredible and the house is magazine worthy inside and out. George is the most gracious host and truly went out of his way to make our 2-week stay comfortable and memorable. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped home with plenty of room. Tucked away at the end of a dirt road, the peaceful setting and views made it worth the bumpy ride. Sand fleas were a nuisance and kept us from enjoying the deck as much as we’d hoped—some outdoor bug treatment could help. Overall, a very nice stay.
