About this property

La Bergerie - Charming gîte in the heart of Périgord

Welcome to the Domaine de Campagnac, luxury holiday rental, 4 gîtes: two of 4 / 6p and two of 8/10 / 12p all independent and not overlooked, one of which has its private heated pool (the Dryer). All our cottages are air conditioned and have free WIFI access.

We are located 1.8 km from the lovely village of Carsac and only 7 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the Dordogne, its beaches and its activities: canoeing, fishing, cycle paths, mountain biking tennis, and close to tourist sites , caves, gardens, castles to visit in Périgord.
These charming lodgings have all the necessary comfort for a stay in peace.
Each one has its equipped kitchen, the shaded terrace in summer, complete with a garden furniture and a barbecue. The plus: Each bedroom has its own bathroom and WC.

You will especially benefit from the superb heated swimming pool, and the SPA-Sauna space that can be privatized with the 24-hour schedule, to be used without moderation, so that your stay rhymes with sweetness and pleasure.
The Dryer and the Sheepfold from Saturday to Saturday (during school holidays)
Catalpa and Albizia from Sunday to Sunday (during school holidays)

Isabelle and Pascal, who fell in love with the region, were able to offer you the best of the Dordogne with respect for local architecture.

We built these lodgings in the local architectural tradition, as if we wanted to live there ourselves.
We built with natural products and took great care in choosing the decoration and the harmony of colors.

These rentals with their terrace have a clear view of the valley, are at the heart of the golden triangle of the Périgord noir. Close to all the major sites to visit in the region.
While being in absolute calm, only 5 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Caneda, close to the Dordogne and its water sports,
 de Lascaux, Padirac, Rocamadour, Roque Gageac, castles to visit, chasms and caves. One week is rarely enough to
 discover all our heritage.

Le Domaine de Campagnac nous a offert 2 semaines au top. Calme et confort dans un environnement propice à la détente. Nous avons largement profité de la piscine, du jaccuzzi et du sauna. Quelques parties de badminton dans le pré autour du domaine. C'est idéal pour les enfants, pas de crainte des voitures. Quel bonheur de prendre son café le matin sur la terrasse, avec la vue sur la Dordogne !

La maison que nous avions louée était très confortable, bien équipée( climatisation appréciable)et décorée avec goût. Bel espace «  piscine, jaccuzi, sauna ». Propriétaires accueillants.

Gîte très confortable et parfait emplacement

Gîte parfait pour deux couples avec les deux chambres bien équipées avec salle d'eau et toilettes chacune. Petit regret : pas de toilettes indépendantes pour les visiteurs. Jolie décoration, suffisamment de rangements et literie très confortable. Domaine au calme, un peu isolé mais fléchage parfait. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une semaine ensoleillée et avons profité de la grande piscine chauffée tous les jours ainsi que du spa bien délassant après les excursions de la journée. Très bon emplacement pour sillonner les vallées de la Dordogne et Vézère et leurs sites extraordinaires. Le propriétaire nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nous régaler aux alentours. Centre de Sarlat La Caneda à 15 minutes et tous commerces à 5 minutes en voiture.

Un super gîte, dans un domaine avec un cadre splendide qui reflète bien la région. Des prestations de grande qualité ( sauna, jakuzzi de 6 places, piscine chauffé qui manqué quelque degrés vue le temps du mois de Mai ). Des propriétaires accueillant et attentionné. A proximité de tout dans la région à moins de 10 km. On le recommande et nous personnellement, ils nous reverrons.

Fabuleux séjour

La maison est parfaitement équipée et très bien entretenue. Idéale pour découvrir cette région et ses magnifiques châteaux qui font le plaisir des petits et donc des grands ! 4 ans que nous louons des maisons dans le sud ouest avec nos amis et leurs enfants afin de visiter notre joli pays, pour la première fois nous sommes prêts à repartir au même endroit.

bien situé, gite de qualité

Notre de famille de 5 personnes a séjourné 2 nuits au gite "la bergerie". Le gite est superbe. Il y a accès à un SPA+sauna. A 20mn du centre de Sarlat. Mention spéciale à la literie, très bonne. Bémol, il manquait une couverture pour un lit et un lavabo était bouché..mais les propriétaires, qui habitent sur place, sont intervenus très vite. Un peu cher, mais quand même très bien.

Calme et détente

Magnifique gîte dans ce beau domaine de campagnac , bien orienté, sans vis à vis, au calme. Cette superbe cheminée centrale à l'automne est la bien venue. Nous reviendrons certainement l'été prochain pour profiter de la piscine à débordement et visiter tout ce qu'on n'a pas eu le temps de voir en 4 jours. Bises à Isabelle et Pascal

Nous avons aimé la décoration du gîte et du domaine. Tout est propre, l'accueille est très gentil. La vue est superbe. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur pilotis du Séchoir sans vis à vis. La possibilité d'aller au SPA quand on voulait . Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant. Nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente.
