About this property
Sarlat La caneda PERIGORD BLACK House of character
Ideally located on a classified and protected site in the countryside, traditional country house in a garden of 6000 square meters. The infinity pool (10X5X1,70m) in the middle of the garden is far enough away to ensure tranquility for non-swimmers. This spacious farmhouse, comfortable and charming, blond stone, was restored with due regard to the authenticity of the Perigord habitat. Equipped with ecological central heating (wood pellets) and fireplace, it will welcome you winter and summer for a most successful stay.
Off season the rates are for a couple it will provide 50 euros per additional adult.
A water purifying water softener has been installed recently;
For a more personalized welcome I ask my future tenants to kindly call me to make a first contact.
Out of season for the heating it is necessary to envisage financially 2 bags of granules a day at the rate of 4,5 euros the bag.
I manufacture nems for 40 years that I sell on the steps of Sarlat and St Cyprien
