On the ground floor, a spacious and elegantly furnished living room features a dining table and satellite TV, with direct access to the veranda. The first double bedroom on this level is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as access to the terrace. 2 additional rooms, each fitted with 2 beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also open onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor features an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the terrace as well. A separate shower room with bidet and WC, along with an independent WC, complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, a second living area with a dining table provides additional communal space, accompanied by a small open kitchen fitted with an oven and 4 gas rings. This level also hosts 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds, all served by a shared bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC.
