Host was so helpful and amazingly kind! Lovely neighbors as well. Such a clean, homey place to stay at! About a few minutes walk to the beach, so convenient! Was such a perfect place for my family of 4. Communication Cleanness Ac Kitchen accessories

We had absolutely everything that we needed, and a few things that were very nice to have! Location is great and keyless entry was great for the beach days! We will definitly be booking again.

Gary is an amazing host. The apartment was cute, clean, and has everything you need. It’s also in a great location, with the beach only being a 5 minute walk away.

This space was perfect for my solo trip to the Island. And, with the two bunk beds, will be perfect for a return trip with my family. Check-in was a breeze, the host was welcoming and hospitable in his communication and provided all the info I needed for my stay in the condo. This condo is also pet-friendly and I was able to bring my dog with me. The condo comes with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It’s perfect for a family of four or a solo traveler like me. It’s a short walk to the beach, SPI Wine Bar, and Cafe on the Beach. I’ll be in touch for my next trip, Cozy Condo! Hope you’ll have availability for me! Thanks for a wonderful visit!!

The owner is fantastic to deal with. The condo was great. My only complaint is that the bed was pretty uncomfortable but we lived. Everything else was as advertised.

Host kept in touch and made my stay feel personal. Great location 5 minute walk to beach that isn’t as busy as other parts. Condo was clean and furnished with necessities. Will stay again when opportunity arises.

Perfect Location, clean condo

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect, well within walking distance to the beach, various shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and provided everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Great Stay

Location was super easy and close to the beach. Accommodations had everything we needed and Gary was extremely attentive and communicative. This made for a very relaxing long weekend.

Gary was an excellent host. He provided very detailed information prior to arrival and checked in on us after arrival. I appreciated the close proximity to the beach (3-minute walk) and that the rental was pet friendly. The unit was clean and not overly cluttered with decor. The bath linens seemed new and were very nice for a rental property. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a bonus.
