Our house is the perfect place for a family or friends' holiday, as it has capacity to accommodate 6-8 people.



The house features a single-storey layout, which guarantees comfort and accessibility for all guests. Additionally, it consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite with a full bathroom and shower, and another bathroom with a shower, ensuring that all guests have the space and privacy they need.



To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room, which means you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the heat.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, so you can cook your favourite dishes and enjoy meals with family or friends.



In the private pool area, you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas cooker, as well as a barbecue, so you can prepare delicious meals whilst enjoying the view and tranquillity of the surroundings.



In this house pets are welcome but be careful if he bathes in the swimming pool because the long hair of the dogs can break the motor.



There is also a washing machine in the laundry room next to the garage, so you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your holiday. Additionally, you will find an iron and ironing board to ensure you always look impeccable.



The house has wifi connection and television with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.



Finally, the house has fenced outdoor parking with an automatic gate for 2 cars, which means you will have a safe and convenient place to park your vehicle.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price. The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimensions does the pool have?

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds of 160x190cm, 1 of 140x190cm and a sofa bed of 140x195cm.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who is responsible for maintaining the swimming pool?

The technician comes once a week.
